Very cool you caught CCFD's heavy rescue, I work as a paramedic here in vegas and was out with them not too long ago, that truck is a beast.

1:25 the reason why lights weren’t on was due to a electrical problem. You can hear the siren too.

Personally, I’m going to say that was a transport. There was only one medic in the cab, the other was in the back I’d say because the light was on.
What siren model is??
Thanks! I believe it was a reported structure fire in a house, but there was some confusion over whether it was a warehouse fire or a house fire. I asked the guys at the time and it was something like that, but I forget now.

It was most likely an electrical issue because of the siren it sounded weird

I love paramedic as they helped me when I fainted during opening fire station by checking my heart rate and pulse and it was 193 heart and 100/93 pulse
Paramedics are awesome! That's quite high there, glad you're okay though. If you're gonna need help, a fire station isn't a bad place to be! Stay safe.

Yes, its an adapter so the exhaust can be hooked up to the in-station venting system

Hey we are a huge fan of your videos but we are always wondering why nobody is giving way. It’s almost like they are blocking the way of the emergency vehicles on purpose. Nobody stops, nobody tries to move out of the way. That would never happen here in Germany where everyone tries to get out of the way as fast as possible.

PolishPiano&Organ it’s a tradition type thing. Chicago was a very port/ shipbuilding oriented city in early times and ship navigation is having a green light on the right side and a red on the left so it goes towards the tradition of when the first chief mandated a green right side light on the rig similar to ships
