The game really needs to up the armor on the astronauts or have them carry shields .... Coz bringing weapons or having them is useless against defence platforms. Having a team of drillers with escorts is more effective rather than bringing a full assault team.... Or maybe the idea is create something to destroy the base....

The problems with torpeedos using this method of control is that they are difficult to print :( You can get around this by using sensors to detect when a hinge moves and connect the sensor to a gyro, then you can print the whole missile as one grid, but it becomes wobbly and can more easily miss it’s target. Harder for turrets to shoot down though :)

While it is possible to print and assemble the parts with clever sensors and timing, it is not possible to automate the turret controller setup process. :(
