Have a great weekend. Enjoying the day 😜💐⚘♥️🤔🤗👍
thank you! have a great week to come! 🙏
Excellent video this pose is really hard to master. Especially the bind. That shoulder wrap is very critical. It needs to be very deep. I still haven’t quite got it but thanks for all the tips🤸🏼♂️ One little phrase that David Swenson teaches when doing binds is the wrapper is the grabber, which is a easy phrase to remember when doing binds and wondering what hand to grab
So glad the video helped and thanks for the phrase! So awesome! ❣️
Thank you soooooo much 😊😊❤❤❤❤❤

Hey Shana. This was incredibly detailed which I appreciate. Im curious as to how much the hip is “allowed” to pop outward. Seeing a front and back view, looking down the length of the posture would be super informative
Thanks for your comment and question! It is “allowed” to pop out as much as it needs to, but as little as necessary. As with all yoga poses, you do your best to work towards a particular alignment, but it all depends on your body how the poses with actually turn out!
👌
:)
Good morning from Mumbai. Awesome teaching once again!
Hema Shankar thank you so much! Love from LA! 🙏
@@mr.zenedin1735 She is a yoga guru. Have some respects for the knowledge sir.
I just tried this for the first time this morning, and your tip about how to get into the advanced variation was so helpful! I had no idea my body was capable of doing that. Thank you so much!
amazing to hear! that is awesome! congratulations! ☺️
Dear Shana, if it comes for placing the hand can I use the modified variation as I feel comfortable with it, please leave a reply.
Paramita Pal you can always do any of the variations. My recommendation is to work on the most basic one first and once that becomes easy, start moving mindfully to the next variation. It is always okay to move at your own pace and a smart idea to work where it feels safe. 🙏
I m observe here when u take horse tense pose (ashwa sanchalan asaan) your one palm beside front feet n 2nd palms on finger? Mostly lots of people not able to flat palms in horse stance pose n ashwa? I can understand u done this normally n causally . But here actually this my question. How to flat plams beside front feet in horse n Horsestens pose? Any tips can u sugges for this? 😊🙏
Actually, I am on fingertips with both hands (the bottom of the screen is a little cut off). In fact, I can easily put both palms on the floor...however, you still want to stay on fingertips regardless because it facilitates the extension of your spine. ☺️
You can even use blocks, if you need to.

toshiyasu chonan thank you so much! 💫🙏💗
Great tutorials, but please: to me it is very confusing when someone's 'hammering' on how NOT to do stuff. I'd rather focus on HOW TO. Thx.. Stay well ;-)
sorry that those cues don't work for you but a lot of people really benefit from them and thank me for them. 🙏 i put them in because not everyone is fully aware of what is or isn't working in their process. pointing out common errors helps people to fix them.
