    Great tutorial, thank you. Sorry to hear Jelena has lower back issues. Please would you consider making a tutorial on how to modify the primary series for someone with si joint issues.

    Thanks for this tutorial. I actually really like this posture, the side stretch feels so good. B is a work in progress of course. I really like what you said about meeting the discomfort. This can apply to so many things in life.

    10:46 then which one should we follow, whatever pose we achieved in a first try or taking extra effort and extra breath and achieving the pose as much as we can and then breath ?

    Is Utthita Parshvakonasana B in your video is rather Parivrtta Parsvakonasana? Still trying to figure out the difference between Parsvakonasana, Utthita Parshvakonasana and Parivrtta Parsvakonasana...
