Could be frogs eggs!
Most likely frogs or salamanders. Google up frog and salamander eggs and see if you recognize anything.

Just googled the blob,it's an aquatic animal colony that filters water,we used to see that with the underwater camera when we were ice fishing, good for the pond eh

If you know a good pulled BBQ recipe you can use that as a pizza topping. BBQ sauce, pulled bbq meat, Onions optional and cheese for a good bbq pizza. You can get by with the store bought pulled bbq but nothing beats a good recipe.
If you have some trash 1 gallon milk/water jugs fill them with gravel to make some anchors you can use to help hold the duck float in place. Poke a few holes in to let water in/out and it will make a good anchor.
Sounds like great pizza. Good idea on anchors too.

Great video, may I suggest that you put rope at the end of the canoes and your other boat, so you have something to hang onto when you lower them into the water, also you could tie them to the dock, love and blessings from Scotland :) :)
There is a little rope and a handle, but yeah it could be a little longer.

All caught up. I watched every single episode in the last 2+ weeks. Very entertaining and informative. May have to go on to Shawn James next. I just told my husband I'd give almost anything to have my own large pond right outside my front door to kayak on whenever I wanted (and fish and ice skate). If I could see moose and bear (elk and deer are cool, too) it would be beyond perfect!

Just like you are experiencing with the rain and then snow, in Williamsburg Virginia (US), we often have a similar situation and just refer to it as "the weather of intentional mockery"! You leave the house in a rain jacket and then get snow, you leave with a winter coat and it warms up to 70 during the day...

Really like that duck flotilla you put on the pond. Your place looks so laid back. Oh I used to make hot dog pizza's for the kids when they were real young. I would cut the hot dogs in long strips and make a make a star * in the middle of the pizza. Be Safe and be warm.

Hey Russell, sometime could you do a nice cannonball into the beaver pond? I see a nice spot at about 11:50 in your video, where that rocky outcropping is. That would be something T.J. Miller would never be able to top.

I was so sure she was going to say anchovies haaa...wieners hmm have to try that, maybe. Regardless that pizza looked amazing!! You have a baby lake I would not call it a pond. And that water is probably clear and healthy. You really could swim in it. All water bodies have stuff from wildlife in it....just a thought. If you saw the Lake my In laws have bathed in for over 50 years going to their Cottage well YOU have a pristine condition. And they are almost 80 still going strong. Still go every summer and still bathing and swimming. Just saying. And Junebug and Willow drink it and they are very healthy dogs. 28:31 looked like maybe some form of frog eggs? Bull frogs? Huge frogs. Or a fish eggs sack. But that would be a large fish and you only have seen teenie ones. So back to frogs...could also be a water plant pod but you have a really clear lake. Very curious myself now too.....

Ummm that is freezing! It only gets to 3c about 3x a year here in Perth (Australia) and that’s at night! And no snow, my kids long to see snow. Stay warm and virus free 😊

@@RaspberryRockOffGridCabin Yup, ask any pilot about them. Treacherous little devils. There are 'downbursts and upbursts.' Was involved in a study years ago, at Texas A&M where we tried to develop warning devices to detect favorable conditions.

Hi Russell and City girl, your first mistake is putting pineapple on pizza, ugh. A person doesn't know the beauty of your property until the snow is gone and the drone flys over it, truely a paradise. I don't know what a property like this in Canada sells for but, worth every penny. Why not buy a trolling motor for your boat? Every time I see you standing up and struggling a little I think, it's time, LOL. By the way what's with all the commercials? There were a lot in this video.

you know what would be great a video about wood, firewood, when to cut it, how to dry it, what wood is best etc, and how to stack it too. i find poplar to be really almost too hot when it burns, we cant have more than two pieces in the new woodburner or we have to sit outside which sorta defeats the purpose.

I like cold Hot dogs right out of the fridge, I also like them Boiled, pan fried,Burnt on a stick, and barbecued ! :)
