I went from 330 to 214 in under 5 months. All vegan. Smoothies and walking an hour and fifteen every day. All is possible with positive mind. The mind is powerful. Be great.

Sugar is one of the nastiest thing one can put in their body. It’s inflammatory, full of empty calories, and makes you tired and moody due to extreme blood sugar spikes. Giving it up made weight loss SO MUCH easier for me.

I majored in biology as well and I would just say she needs a disclaimer like don't opt for a smoothie over your antibiotics and prescribed medication. Alot of terminally ill people turn to this and it's sad watching them go. It's great to support and boost your immune system or even meal replace but if your sick you should seek medical advice. Cuzzo looks good with the cut too. Love the content ❤
Just some friendly advice. Drop the personal trainer and pick an intermediate fasting program you believe you can implement consistently. I lost thirty pounds easily, and i will begin lifting weights again very soon. I guarantee you can still eat whatever you want if you wait later on in the day to grub.
You guys definitely need to come to Las Vegas, Nevada so many great food restaurants here but there's very little healthy alternatives you guys could definitely make money here and I know it's not about the money I bet you would definitely go far

There is nothing wrong with red meat. Need to get in that protein and, if anything, stay away from fruits.
