Suppose you ran into someone who knew some serious tips and drills that REAL pros do privately, or you meet Lebron and he signed your jersey which now worth $200 dollar, or the coach needed to hire a nice guy as an assistance. Pay the money and learn and network. Anything is posssible!
Came back to this video JuJu put the work in and is an absolute beast... Love how Phil breaks down the reason for what there doing to explain why they are doing moves a certain way. You can see them execute better when they have that understanding. Coach is outstanding. Shout out to the players for putting that work in and being coachable!

Had to find this to show/remind my son her progress/hardwork after scoring 51 the other night. We watched this video a while back. Hardwork gets results. She got receipts! 💪🏾

At 42 I understand the mentality as an athlete in that we're always gonna feel like we have it but most times we don't.. being a person a person who still loves the game passionately I can honestly see you still got it. Lol. Salute captain. Keep movin!

That last move with the dribble on the baseline, then the pound and quick step to the right is very difficult. It would turn any defender into jelly, not having any idea what you’re doing playing around on the baseline so dangerously, risking a turnover. That extra dribble where he allowed them to go between the legs made it a bit easier and gave them something to work toward that felt smoother. It would still crush your average defender either way.
