You can definitely use them under center. The key is to get the first route to time up with drop timing.... 3 step, 5 step etc. Then the next progression is on hitch 1 etc. Great question! Good luck.
I have another question, I hear some coaches say formations dictate coverage and I've heard you say in one of your videos... what do you mean by that can you explain???
@@jrcapital69 Not from the creator.. but I coach high school football on the defensive side, and we run a different defense solely based on the offense’s alignment.. so 2x2, 3x1, 3x2, 2x1.. all of them will change our defense’s zone responsibilities. So I think from an offensive standpoint, you would stand to always expect some sort of zone against trips, primarily because you could set up rubs pretty easily if the defense straight manned it. On the other hand, if you run a 2x2 set, the defense will likely have a Cover 2 or some sort of man-switch against the combo on each side.

Progressions is like hand holding vs dropping back and having the ability to see the full field and make the right read too many times in progressions they miss ppl wide open
I still don’t see how pure progression is right over full field reads any day of the week. If the ball is hiked, I can read instantly where the linebackers and safeties go, which tells me how to beat that coverage all day long instead of trying to go through 1…2….3….4.
I am only here to get beyond .500 at madden 😂😂😂
Could you go over in detail your progression from play calling to pre-snap process / pre-reads?
What is the percentage of reads, (pre) that aren't disguised when the ball is snapped? Thanks for your show!!
Great video keep them coming!
Thanks, coach
You bet!
Very informative, I have a question, are progression reads only for the shotgun or can they be used under Center also???

Thank you and I will stay tuned into your Channel
