- A trebuchet is a catapult which uses a swinging arm to throw a projectile. We show you how to make one in this video and sling gumballs.

Can we just take a minute to appreciate the strength of bearded guy here? the pen through it is tough man...
facts
Thanks for the video, but can you add measurements please.
Just look at the ruler, I hope those 3 years could make your brain more sharp.
@@21megawatts92 oof thats kinda hard man
@@21megawatts92 it would just make things easier to refer to, bro???
@@lumix3855 it would rather than guessing
Ignoring what @21megawatts said.
The best measurements for a trebuchet are:
Make the long arm 3.75 times longer than the counterweight arm
Try to make the counterweight 133 heavier than the projectile
The best string length is actually the same of the throwing arm
If you could hang the projectile so it travels vertical as long as possible, better
The height must be enough for the counterweight to never touch ground
Such great videos. How do we get him to make more? First comment in TWO years! Second comment in FOUR years! Get this guy back.
Nice beard !
Would be good if measurements were included, otherwise it’s impossible to make properly 😫
Not impossible for me
Can't believe you never used the ruler in the video
Well done :D
I don't trust it when he fired the gumball it went out of frame
Beautiful
awesome, thanks. please make more videos
this lowkey sucked. i spent 3 hours doing this for a project that was due the next day, and it didn't even really work. there were no measurements so when making this i had to guess.
For the love god, I hope your two years can tell that they show a RULER IN THE VIDEO SO MANY TIMES. With that , you can estimate more accurately. And I have a question for you: did you do some adjustments? Did you use a good dense counterweight, did you put the lever long enough?
@@21megawatts92 dude shut the hell up and admit this is a bad video
@@cadeforero6488 I would say it's a decently good video. The reason why I say it's decent is because the people can't see. Even I, who has strong glasses can literally use the ruler to estimate the length.
@@21megawatts92 i mean i agree, all you have to do is pause the video and you can see where he marked it.
Dude watch Diy Siy. I don't no the episode but their is one episode they built it
I had it to use it as a project at my school
did it work well?
@@scridiot3635 no
@@jeanettehernandez9549 oof rip
As salaam o alaikum good working I will make this soon
This is a very well-designed video. It's sad you don't have more subs.
good work! very simple and funny:)
Awesome👏✊👍
Nice beard
So much fun!!!
This is awesome!
How far does this shoot? Would like to know please
Does it really matter? if you did this and it had a short range, you can adjust it to make the lever longer, denser counterweight, and a lower mass load.
@@21megawatts92 lol i dont think he sees this after 2 years
@@kimitjen3390 of course
but can it fire 90kg over 300m?
It is cardboard man
Great job.. Keep doing your work.. don't care for subs..
noice
starts chewing a fucking gumball
Amazing video 😍😍😍😍😍😍😜😜😜😜😜☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
Yellow? Please at least use a blue gum ball
this is a pretty good video but you have no subscribers
Tu pourrais la faire en énorme 🙂 svp
We couldn't see the measurements, and this was very problematic.
Right
Look at the rulers, you can estimate it very easily to have the most accurate in the video
