3/4 cups of water
1 Tsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of oil
I watched way too many UA-cam vids to finally find you make it as authentic as I remember it.
Thank you flor letting it sit, and for letting me know how long to knead the dough and letting me know the oil needs to be hot, and especially for not using a roller pin. ❤

My foster mom used to make this for me and I've been trying to figure it out for years how to do it.. I remember it being so fluffy and tasty. And eating it with sunny side up eggs...

Hi. Baking powder is activated by heat, not time, like yeast. So there's no need to let it rest for 1h30m, it won't rise. Thanks for the video!
