I've always been Team Siu Mai growing up, but as I get older, Ha Gow is definitely starting to appeal more.
Between the two, I am team har gow! But my go to things at dim sum are fried turnip cake and fried taro puff!

Team har gow, when it's done well, but I think shumai is more forgiving (it is hard to get that perfect texture of the wrapper and pork handles being over steamed better).

The chun fan(rice rolls) reminds me of a similar dish in vietnamese foods. But it makes sense since china ruled vietnam for ONE THOUSAND YEARS. We have a lot of similar dishes from china in our cuisine. Including moon cakes, egg rolls, fried rice, etc.
And wow the macau version of egg tarts. Make sense since "portuguese" egg tarts came from Portugal. And Macau used to be ruled by Portugal.
