다 좋습니다. 재생 당연히 찬성합니다. 어차피 주말골퍼는 굉장한 소모품입니다. 공이 좋아봐야 본인이 치는게 정확해지지 않는 싱글이하의 거의 대다수의 주말 골퍼에게는 환영합니다. 그런데...판매 사이트 찾아서 보니...15볼에 25,000~26,000원 하더군요. 생각보다 싸지 않습니다. 물론 생산 공정을 보아하니 코어제조만 빼고 모든 공정이 제대로 만드시다 보니 아마 타산이 그렇게 밖에 안나오나 봅니다. 그래도 그렇지만, 제품설명에는 전혀 재생이라는 이야기가 없습니다. 오히려, 저렇게 싸구려 연습장공...그리고 여기저기 수집한....게다가 커버벗기면서 생기는 흠집.... 이런 상태에서 제품설명에는 마치 엄청난 기술이 들어간것처럼 비거리 향상이네 머네 설명을 하시고, 국산의 자존심이네.... 제가 골프공은 당연히 모르지만...그렇게 제조해도 결국 커버 공정이 진짜 기술력이라면 모르지만..... 이거 제품 판매에 설명이 없는건 좀 아니지 않나 싶어서 댓글 달아봅니다. 참고로 저는 이 제품보다 훨씬 저렴한 30볼에 2만원 좀 넘는 넥센의 빅야드 새제품으로 사용합니다.(요즘엔 잘 안 잃어버려서 슬슬 더 좋은 공으로 교체중이지만요) 이 빅히트 제품보다 싼 빅야드도 이런 공정인건가요? 왜 빅히트공보다 반값이나 하나요? 저렴한 골프공은 원래 이렇게 생산되는거였나요?? 정말 궁금해서 여쭤봅니다.
Very interesting recycing process! Since any kind of golf ball could conceivably be recycled here, my guess is that the performance from ball to ball could vary greatly. Probably great for amateurs, not so much for advanced golfers.
I suspect they want to err on the side of not digging into the old ball too far and risk damaging the core. So if a ball is improperly sized or badly worn it might be missed by the blades.

Of all the countries Korea impressed me the most from a manufacturing standpoint, like the Japanese they don't screw around and produce serious quality although in this case they started with old product. Music was crap but no one is perfect.
Don't forget the factory that made _that_ factory...😉 Lol in reality many of those parts were built all over the place and many different shops get contracts to make the custom parts that can't be purchased from a catalog, though I'm sure they probably went with one main company for most of their turn-key equipment, there are companies that specialize in designing, manufacturing and assembling production line equipment like this.
Admittedly, (from an automation engineering standpoint), this could all be done much much faster with some minor upgrades, but is still pretty cool to watch. Also, a surprisingly nice choice of music hahaha.
The urethane spray setup is extremely bad for the health of the workers. But what would you expect when they have a guy carrying dripping balls back and forth over a concrete floor…they obviously have no care for worker safety.
also the are making hella good money from the us and uk, why make production better if its subpar and sells majority of us and uk for high caliber names. greed and a 1$ bill extra can really dictate everything
A range ball core do not have the same ball-flight characteristics as a Pro v1 or a Wilson deep red for that matter. I could understand this if they where re used as range balls but this is just a bad deal for any golfer.
What an awesome way for this golf ball company to save the environment when making golf balls. This ball could test to get approved by the R&A, USGA and IGF
some processes are highly automated, then we watch workers move balls from a machine to a crate then lift crate and dump it out. Balls are packed in sleeves by hand?
That's what I thought, just no name balls that have had the life hit out of them, then reskinned to look like new, put a fancy name on them, interesting process anyway

The different densities of rubber, as well as loss of elasticity over time would make them very inconsistent in how far they’d go, and the arch they’d take. Imagine if basketballs were all inflated a different amount and had different bounce in them. As well, any slight imbalance in weight will make them spin differently and curve in flight.
Im not sure about the quality tho. Those are very cheap and old cores from different balls with little scratches and holes on it. Even with a new cover every ball will fly different from each other x)
I assume that the machine at 4:15 somehow vibrates the balls so that the 'flash' from the mold gets oriented horizontally. They weren't all that way at first, but at the trimming/sanding station they were...
God I hope I never end up with one of these. Did you see the chunks missing from the cores after peeling the original cover. That ball will never act the same way twice off the club, and it ain't flying straight! I admire the recycling aspect, I really do. I'll stick to my Bridgestone e12.
저러면 공이 똑바로 날아가지도 굴러가지도 않고 금방 깨질확률이 높죠ㅜㅜ 사실 내부코어의 수명이 생각보다 그리 길지않아요 드라이버로 몇천번도 아닌 몇백번만 쳐도 내부에 균열이 생기고 외피까지 쪼개집니다. 심구의 내구성을 높이는 작업뭔가?를 보완하지 않는이상 품질 인지도와 사업성으로는 별로일듯... 환경보호 재활용 측면에서는 아주 좋긴한데~
재생볼은 연습장에서나 쓰지 라운드에는 쓰는 것은 말리고 싶네요. 볼이 오래되면 코어의 탄성도 떨어지고 특히 물에 빠진 볼은 제성능을 발휘 못합니다. 백돌이들은 새볼이나 헌볼이나 별 차이가 없다는 분들도 많은데, 좋으 볼을 쓰도 제대로 안가는데 제기능을 못하는 볼을 쓰면 더 나빠지겠지요. 필드에 나가기전에 우선 연습을 많이 하고 가급적 제대로 된 볼을 사용하고 한타 한타 신중하게 치는 것이 중요합니다. 200m짜리 드라이버 샷이나 2m짜리 퍼팅샷이나 다같은 1타이니까요.
You would never notice a difference. People that think they're consistent enough to notice a difference in a ball, would be playing in the PGA if it were true
@@littlejackalo5326 I'm guessing you don't play golf because if you did play with any frequency you would be able to tell the differences. It's doesn't take a PGA pro to recognize how different balls can effect your game.

Using the cores with gouges in them will get extra cover plastic filling it in but is its going to become unbalanced and have a odd flight pattern.

Those would work fine for me, because I really really sink at golf, I shot a 157 on a 32 par course, so they would work fine for me!!.

사실 내부코어의 수명이 생각보다 그리 길지않아요
드라이버로 몇천번도 아닌 몇백번만 쳐도 내부에 균열이 생기고 외피까지 쪼개집니다.
심구의 내구성을 높이는 작업뭔가?를 보완하지 않는이상
품질 인지도와 사업성으로는 별로일듯... 환경보호 재활용 측면에서는 아주 좋긴한데~

재생볼은 연습장에서나 쓰지 라운드에는 쓰는 것은 말리고 싶네요.
볼이 오래되면 코어의 탄성도 떨어지고 특히 물에 빠진 볼은 제성능을 발휘 못합니다.
백돌이들은 새볼이나 헌볼이나 별 차이가 없다는 분들도 많은데, 좋으 볼을 쓰도 제대로 안가는데 제기능을 못하는 볼을 쓰면 더 나빠지겠지요.
필드에 나가기전에 우선 연습을 많이 하고 가급적 제대로 된 볼을 사용하고 한타 한타 신중하게 치는 것이 중요합니다.
200m짜리 드라이버 샷이나 2m짜리 퍼팅샷이나 다같은 1타이니까요.
어짜피 한구에서는 한타 한타 신중하게 칠수가 없슴. 환경과 본인 루틴이 그렇게 안되서

You would never notice a difference. People that think they're consistent enough to notice a difference in a ball, would be playing in the PGA if it were true
@@littlejackalo5326 I'm guessing you don't play golf because if you did play with any frequency you would be able to tell the differences. It's doesn't take a PGA pro to recognize how different balls can effect your game.
A few of those cores had defects. It's gonna make the spin off center.
Their only remedy is to fill with rubber, which is a terrible option if you're looking for precision and accuracy.

I noticed a few pitted cores were put into the mold making machine to get new covers. Now wonder why I slice the ball...it IS the ball!
