  • Ed Ley is a coach that uses the science of behavioral change to help CEO’s, leaders and high level performers to ditch the old idea of will power and manning up for goal achievement. He teaches them how to work with the brain to create excellence, energy and enjoyment both for themselves and within their businesses. Ed is a speaker, author, and owner of Absolute Health in Hellerup. He moved to Copenhagen just over 2.5 years ago with his wife and two daughters for an adventure. He has since met over 500 people for coffee, been featured in Aktiv Magazine and hosts The Global Denmark podcast interviewing over 50 leader, politicians, best-selling authors and public figures. He loves it. Ed Ley is a coach that uses the science of behavioral change to help CEO’s, leaders and high level performers to ditch the old idea of will power and manning up for goal achievement. Great point. If we don’t do it it’s because we don’t understand it even though we know it.

Mr. Ed Ley managed to achieve great things during his time with with Mr. Michael Perez, because Mr. Michael Perez transfered his great achieving vibrations to Mr. Ed Ley. Which leads to being aware of your environment: VIBRATIONAL ENVIRONMENT.

Stronger the willpower easier the job
With willpower there is no need to sob
With willpower don't end up like a slob
Don't let the power make you into a snob
Takes willpower to be with a heart throb

ask yourself why over and over until you find the core problem.
      I am lazy. why?
because I don't have motivation. Why?
Because I am always tired. Why?
just keep asking why, going deeper and deeper with each question. It will take time, but once you do you will find what you are looking for.

Write down your goals. Then put them somewhere nearby but out of sight. Then download an app to make your phone vibrate often or set a few alarms and when your phone vibrates, set a 60 second timer and hold a really big smile for those whole 60 seconds. I bet this part works better in the mirror. And lastly at least twice a day, write down 3 things that went well and two three that could have been worse but weren’t. Then after about six months, you’ll realize you dont have a willpower problem anymore.
      That’s what I learned
