Only just found this instruction, my daughter is moving into her new house soon, so i was browsing for ideas. I must say this is one of the most straightforward instructional videos I have seen on tube. A no nonsence get it done instuctions that delivers a really functional bird feeder. I will build one, but may not include the perch rail I think this will encourage the lager birds that probably don't need the support of a bird feeder. Thanks a lot I really appreciated this video.
Awesome I was looking for a way to spend my goddang Menards rebates and wanted to build a bird feeder. Looked quite a while before seeing your idea which is exactly what I want. Thanks.
Yes, in my town I had to get permits for most of the work I did on the house and as of when I did it, did not need an electrical license as long as I was working on the home I was living in. Can't do it to other people's homes without a license though. I don't know about other towns or states regulations but I would imagine it's a common rule. Best to check with your town hall if doing anything major.
Thanks! Didn't do anything major on the house since about 2004. I do want to make my own cabinets though for my small kitchen in the near future. Never did cabinet work buy anxious to try. Wish me luck, I'll probably need it! Will try to post a video or two when it happens.
