I'm looking forward to get a pair of the pioneer d12d2 series subwoofers will they fit inside a down firing box that is for a 2013 chevy silverado crew cab and also would they pair perfect with the pioneer gm-d9701 mono amp
I wanted the d series sub. Have a pioneer deck, pioneer 5 channel amp, d series front and back.... Unfortunately 10 inches won't fit under my backseat lol
Bro need your advice, i have kenwood Ps917d amp, mono RMS 1000 Watts @ 2 ohms, what would be better, two pioneer D series 12 600 RMS or two rockford fosgate 600 rms subs P3d2-12 I've never liked kenwood subs have burnt two 3016 subs with this amp, have used cerwin vega and they're class. Now out of these two options i mentioned which pair would u recommend?
I'm looking to get two of these for mid-base, but cant find any reviews talking about its high frequency range going up to 6.6kHz (for the 10"), has anyone tried them with a full range amplifier ? plz lmk !

Feel like getting one first just to test out and play with. was matching up amps yesterday, the GM-DX874/GM-D8704/GM-D8604 seem like pretty much the same amp with slight redesigns... would be perfect for two of these subs, or one sub and two speakers. Full range, surprisingly 1ohm/channel stable (500wrms x2 @ 2 ohm, not in the spec sheet but on youtube dyno you probably know of...) or one sub and two speakers. and its not expensive for the power output. Hope you sell allot of those!
They can not handle power i have a pioneer 9601 monoblock amp and at 1 ohm @600 watts x2 they blew up.i blew up 2 pairs so i swiched to the 2ohm version wich is 400x2 on that amp and it blew them too.and thats 400 watts blew rms..smh

They recommend 1 cubic ft with a 3 inch port 6 inches long.

Take look at their z series subs the are a flat woofer.
Think 2 10s will handle a pioneer gm9601 amp at one ohm
These vs 3003D4? I have 2 pioneer 8601 amps. Im looking to have 2 12in subs 1 on each amp.

These subs wont play anywhere near that high.

We put 2 10s in a Dodge ram, they definitely got busy!
They are worth the price just got 2 10's hits better than my old 12's

You know you can blow speakers by not providing enough power right.
