I am in fact Dutch yes. I would not recommend buying premium vehicles at tiers you haven't unlocked in the tech tree yet, you wont have any backup vehicles and you'll be very inexperienced which will not give you a good time. I do recommend buying premium time, especially when it's on sale (which I think it realtively soon will be, but don't quote me on that). You can also get some very fun premium vehicles through the warbond shop for free if you have the time. Naval I would'nt recommend playing at all tbh, World of Warships is a way better experience from what I've heard. Hope this helps!
