    Age is not an excuse to cheat, people need to stop making excuses for cheaters. It was their choice, no one else

      Although you're right I don't think he made excuses for her age for being a cheater. Just that when they met she was really young and don't really have a lot of life experience yet. There's a lot of growing as a person that happens in your 20s, and your brain ain't fully developed until about 25 years of age. Settling down may seem fine for a few years until people get hit with fomo or things they may have wanted to do/experience before settling down seriously.

      @@T3n50r For tens of thousands of years in human history people got married young and did their duties. So, if you marry young nowadays you'll get cheated on, but if you marry older, then youre marrying a woman who'se been ran through by at least 20 men. whats the solution?

    • @T3n50r
      @T3n50r Рік тому

      @@awepossum1059 I'll get to your question, but first: For thousands of years life expectancy was about 20-30 years of age. Freedom in general wasn't a thing either, it was strictly survival. Hard labor to get through each day, and if you got sick you were shit out of luck and would likely die. Infidelity isn't a new concept either.
      The solution is to find someone you trust and go for it. No one can predict the future. There's a lot of people that find their soulmate and live happily ever after. If you don't like someone with a rather high body count just be honest about that part, there's a lot of women out there that are selective as well. Just don't be surprised if there's a lack of sex life since it probably isn't that important to them, and their libido may be on the lower end.
      Nothing wrong with going through 20+ or 100+ people in and of itself. It's only an issue if that isn't the type of partner you want, which is fair. It's who they choose to be with in the end that matters. If that's not enough or what you want, be open about what you're looking for and you might find someone who views sex/body counts the same way as you. Just make sure that it's genuine and not because you would have gone through 20-40+ women yourself but couldn't.
      Time and effort takes place to find relationships like these, and they often evolve slowly over time so you truly know the person before doing the deed together. Also, a lot of people go through life without finding that special someone, so the importance of your boundaries should be taken into account with that in mind in terms of what's ok and what isn't.

    Bipolars swing between two "poles", they're either really down and depressed, or they have zero negative emotion. Quite literally. This is called the manic phase, because they don't feel any inhibitions either. This is when they randomly decide to sell their home to move across the country, tattoo "Idiot" on their forehead because they think it's funny, or buy a 100 kg St. Bernard dog in a 25 m2 / 250 sqft apartment in the middle of downtown. You know, things that you wouldn't do because it's stupid? Well manic phase bipolars usually think these are great ideas.

    I married young, have been married 22 years and love my husband more everyday. It doesn’t matter when you get married, it matters the character of the person you’re married to. My husband and I have always been open and honest with each other, if we ever feel there’s any kind of problem we openly discuss them and work through them together. OPs wife wanted the money because she thought it would automatically make her happy and as soon as the money was gone she knew she made a mistake. The only mistake she made was leaving a loving relationship for money and karma caught up to her

    I'm not excusing the cheating at all. However these people are young yet have sex about 2 times per month.
    OP also said their sex life was "ok" at least for him, however he wasn't sure how his wife felt about it.
    If you don't know how your partner feels about your sex life then you are not in a good relationship and your partner probably doesn't feel that you care about their sexual satisfaction.

    I'm going to call it, I think AP took advantage of OP and EX's mourning of OP's mom's passing to get with EX. I think EX is responsible for cheating but it wouldn't surprise me if AP was to blame for inflencing her judgment considering OP and EX had a good marriage before this as EX's BFF comfirmed.
    I'm willing to bet EX is going to come back crawling to OP begging to be back with him soon considering her visit and how those who gave op news of her described her situation. Weather she fesses up and admits to her fault or tires to pin it all on AP I'd say is what would truly define her character.
    In any, case EX doesn't deserve OP as she cheated on him and no matter what mental state she was in that doesn't excuse her behavior.

    Sounds like the wife was being abused/manipulated by the affair partner, gaslighting and simultaneously lovebombing her into a delusional state that would cause her to cut out the people in her life. It's a common tactic abusers use to sever people from their support network.
    I've been in the same position as the wife (minus the cheating part).
    Still, she knew what she was doing, and needs to own up and take some personal responsibility for her actions and the damage they have caused.
    Hurt people stay hurt, whether you truly intended it or not.

    • @marianogigahertz9212
      @marianogigahertz9212 11 місяців тому

      That can also be true. There are some really weak or gullible people, that can be manipulated, used or convinced of stuff quite easily
      But everyone is 100% responsible of their actions, and absolutely everyone knows the consequences their decisions have on the people that love and care about you
      Every single person that betrays or cheats another one, should go through the same feelings and emotions, along with all the consequences of their actions
      If you are unhappy or want to leave a relationship, just leave it a normal way, without trying to destroy and scar the other person forever
