I will say in all the interviews that I’ve seen with Justin, he comes across so compassionate, so introspective and totally understood the assignment for the movie.. He even goes as far as talking about how Lily, Ryle and Atlas deal with trauma differently. The only interviews I’ve seen with Blake, she talks about being upset that they didn’t want to allow her to have a song in the movie. But Justin said it’s so eloquently….. think on The Morning Show on CBS or the today show or he said he hopes the message of Hope and healing comes across. .
Definitely Team Justin! I’ve watched all his interviews and Blake as well. Justin understands the movie so well and promotes it as it is, while Blake only cares about herself, her products, and incessant non-sense talks.
Agree, and I think she's overcompensating because she wants everyone to know how much she did after she and Ryan tried to take the whole thing over from Justin. She should have stayed in her own lane. She sounds insufferable
she seems fake and entitle in her interviews and the facts shes not really given much importance of the huge issue on DV acroos the world , well it says a lot , use your platform for something good
😢😢😢I feel sorry for the main actor of her last film Justin Baldoni who is the director of the film and holds the rights to adapt the book to the cinema. She acts he doesn't exist in a very disrespectfully and unprofessional way. He shows the reality of the film and speaks out against domestic violence very accurately. Very disrespectful for this actress who wanted to take over his film he has been working for years. He talks about domestic violence, she's more about selling the film like Barbie with flowers and selling the beverage products and hair products along with the film's premiere. And the book writer selling nail polish and coloring books. He is a class act, mature with high emotional inteligence. His interviews of the film are the best.
At the end of the day DV is not a light and fluffy topic that you just "pop your florals on and go watch" with your girlfriends. It's a serious and often life-threatening issue in our society and this film deserves that level of promotion, discussion and emotional intelligence in it's delivery. Justin understood the brief. Blake did not.
Most people are team Justin. Blake is a snake and rude and took over his project. Blake and Ryan took over his project. Plus the rude reporter. She gave me an eck
Blake is promoting this as a romcom and the fans of the book reacted online that she isn’t talking about the domestic abuse in the story. All of Justins interviews mention this topic and so then when the red carpet photos came out without Justin in them everyone started speculating. Blake also tried to say he fat shamed her but the internet is not agreeing with her on how it went down 😅
Her big ego and shallowness caught up with her. She can only do blonde and glamourous and once she came across a deep and meaningful project, she stumbled and thought it was her Barbie movie.
Jake Guylennhall was a jerk on a film not long ago and quit but never got bad press, Joachim Phoenix is literally a douche bag and just quit on a project but since they are men they get no backlash.
Did they try to sell their own shaving gel and alcohol brand before quitting? Did they bring in their partners to push out the director before quitting? Did they avoid talking about the subject of their movie ENTIRELY before quitting? What does QIUTTING a movie have to do with anything????
Aaaannnddd……the only reliable source of this has posted that the entire cast had artistic differences with Baldoni, yet Blake is the one being demonized. Get your heads out if your asses and out if the tabloids. The movie ended well and Baldoni said it turned out well and that Blake was helpful.
