Got it 3 weeks ago and installed it on my holiday home abroad.

After weeks of back and forth with support, we have now purchased other cameras. Because a reasonable solution to the problem was offered to us just as little as a solution.
The camera is not 4 meters away from the AP and the signal is displayed as weak.
This is with an Ubiquiti network, which is a semi-professional network environment.
So hands off this product and hands off EZviz if you expect support, because there is no support at EZviz.

I have problem with this camera, when the internet is down the camera wil stop recording.. nothing found in the internal memory note that the bettery is full, anybody face the same issue ?

When I turn my camera on for the first time it says install SIM card and I can’t get past that point and it will not connect to my wifi

can you try to default it , press and hold the reset button under the SD card cover when powered until it says reset successful , and try again please

@@DVSLTD I have tried this but when it goes through the set up it won’t connect as no SIM card. I check the network and it says you can set up normally but won’t because no sim
