Great review, I own several EZVIZ cameras and something nice I discovered and no one mentions is that you can go back to any time period you want if you have the record all day enable in the memory card options, just press over the time inside the blue oval in 5:04 then you will be able to input the exact time you want to go back

Hey Qiaodi, sorry to hear that. I don't remember encountering that issue even with I have my mobile data turned on. I'd check to ensure that the camera has all updates. You can also try clearing the app cache, but if that doesn't work, you can access their Live Chat in the app to ask them about that specific error code. Let me know how it goes.

Can't watch live view or record clip when away from home? The error number is 240034. Any setup missing? At home all are fine

Can I switch off the pan tilt mode.
Yep you can. If you disable human tracking, it will stay in a fixed position until you manually pan or tilt it in the app.
How far can it detect?
I tested it to around 25 to 28 feet away, which is how far the sidewalk is from my wall.
i have ezviz c8bf, PT but no preset functions,what a shame,its not cheap camera,but lack of preset shame for them
That really is strange they don't have that function because it should be easy to do via an app update.
