Thanks capt ! What is your Rolling cache on xbox ? I also can see that you delete Flow essential ? Issue with it ? Oups ! Sorry i wrote that not seeing till the end 😂
Rolling Cache is 32Go on Xbox as "recommended" by Asobo but I only because I fly often at the same places. I don't use flow at all. And yes I have FS birds, enhanced coastline and enhanced lights (don't remember the name) and that's it on Xbox.
Thank you for your excellent video, very informative, liked and subscribed. I'm on the fence about buying an Xbox to play MSFS, mainly for simplicity and ease of use. I currently play on pc albeit a laptop which I know isn't ideal but performance is reasonable (13900h RTX 4900 mobile) so I'm CPU limited. Would be interested in your opinion about investing in Xbox as someone who has both Xbox and pc?
Thank you very much 🙏 Well it depends how you fly. If you have a lot of add-ons, airports, sceneries, etc I would probably stay on the laptop, and it's very comfortable. But if you don't really care about having tons of add-ons and want to play on the big screen then the Series X is perfect. You just won't have many options, no freeware etc. Series S , no avoid it, too limited.

Merci! Il n'y a pas de réglage dispo pour ça sur Xbox, peut-être vérifier que la photogrammétrie est bien activée ?
what about flytampas Las vegas airport and city pack does sim update 15 do justice to improve performance on xbox?
Ive got 6 third party airports, 4 in europe and 2 in North America, the ones that seem to give me problems are Miami and Las Vegas, as well as Heathrow occasionally. What would you say is the best third party add on developer for xbox. Also London never seems to load properly, it looks like a mess with buildings looking like dark spikes. Also should I have installed any of the enhanced runways from 4simmers or zinertek or will that make my sim worse. Thanks again.
So yeah, Miami by LVFR is a no no these days, I haven't tried since SU15 but choose either the airport or the city (you select one or the other or both in the content manager) Everything around London, Paris, New York is also very hard on Xbox. Other than that you should not have issues. Zinertek is good, light enhanced pack is good also

In my last comment of another video from Kenobi I've presented my experience explaining that the SU15 wasn't working (PMDG 737-900, Boeing 747-8, Airbus A320neo v2). But now I am happy to report that, after installing the last europe mandatory update and enabling rolling cache with 32GB I've experienced a flawless flight, from cold & dark, with the PMDG 737-900 from the same third party airport that I've tested these three planes before. I will do more tests though, because the one that I am mostly worried is the 747. PMDG uses WASM and I think that makes a difference.
Yes wasm makes a big difference, you're right. Glad you have your sim running well now :)
I own a series x and tried this v2. I am disappointed by the sounds, very unbalanced and ugly. Engine too much loud. Did you fix this in someway? Also, Atc doesn’t work all. Using instead my fav a310 stock, everything is ok.
Please do you run addons like fs birds, weather pro...? Issues with them ?

It does feel better but I’ve noticed the skies seem much emptier. And multiplayer still has a lot of banding. But independent flights are much better.
Oh yeah multiplayer will never be fixed. Not sure it will be even better in msfs2024

Les performances sont bien meilleures maintenant. Je suis sur XBox et je n'ai plus de problèmes avec le Rafale et le F15, deux avions qui avaient des gros problèmes de perfs auparavant (des black screens pour l'un, des lags de l'autre).
J'ai par contre toujours des problèmes de réseaux (la photogrammétrie qui se coupe pour une histoire de bande passante, alors que j'avais pas de problème avant la màj) notamment les téléchargements sur le marketplace assez longs.
L'A320 d'inibuilds est super, ça fait plaisir sur console d'avoir un truc un peu plus réaliste qui se rapproche de la version de Fénix ou FBW. Dommage pour la cabine qu'on a pas, alors que PMDG et LVFR en ont sur leurs avions.
Par contre, j'ai des problèmes de perfs, notamment des black screens. Je soupçonne que ça soit encore dû à des addons aéroport trop lourds (j'ai eu le coup à Marseille) parce que ça disparait dès que l'avion prend de l'altitude et s'éloigne.
D'ailleurs, je viens de voir que plusieurs développeurs avaient balancé des packs de livrées (sur le marketplace Xbox). J'imagine que dans le lot, tu recommandes en premier lieu ceux de Bravo Airspace ?
Cool pour le Rafale! Pour les livrées tout dépend ce que tu recherches. 4simmers privilégie la quantité à la qualité et Bravo c'est le contraire. FSoares est un peu entre les 2 de mémoire. Les autres je connais pas.
Performance is much better now. I can land on Napoli Airport now. I couldn't before. I live in the south of Sweden, and the textures are terrible. The price for better performance is too high. We should have an on/off option. I don't know...
I don't know if you have noticed but many people neo forum including me have noticed a drastic deterioration of graphics, msfs has aggressively reduced graphics on Xbox to avoid crashes etc. ( I have crashes anyway) I recommend a video about it, maybe we can do something about it.
