I bought a 30 dollar ebay stator for my Blaster for the hell of it 4 years ago and it still fires right up and runs great so you never know
So long as it’s built right. No reason it won’t last. I mean some guys rewrap there’s. With no issues. I recommend changing them every 2 years. Not when it fails. And Rectifier every time you change stator.

I’ll be honest. As long as Chinese manufacturers take quality control seriously. No reason stators shouldn’t last. I would clean it more often with the amount of dirt you had on it.

You know what might be causing the Ivee heating problem you had awhile back is having the cylinders painted or powder coated seems to make them run hotter for some reason.
I fixed the overheating issue when i pulled the clutch cover and saw the nut for the crank drove gear that moves the water pump came loose and stopped moving the water pump. Been fine since! New stator is also working well so far 👊✊

There not knock off. If done right they work great. A lot of guys I know wrap theirs by hand and are equally build quality. Only thing better is a wrapping machine that evenly wraps wire. If these are knock offs then so are RMSTATOR AND RICKS. RM actually has there’s done Chinese. Now in oil less systems is one thing. In oil bath covers. Changing oil on time helps them stay clean and longer running. I have a Chinese stator in my GSXR600 for 10 months of daily driving. And still runs like a champ. 14.2 when cold. And 13.1 when up to temp. I like it so much I bought another Rectifier and stator for 47 dollars.
If done right they should last.

I installed a aliexpress jfg racing timing plate, i did mesure with stock and put 0 on the jfg plate and 0 is 1 on that. And i noticed 0 - 5 degree there 6 lines makes sense... I i put it at 3 from 0 so its or at 2 or at 1 or at 4 i couldn't figure out how to mesure the degré timing advance manually. So if it go of the oem marks am at 2 degree timing if I go off the jfg plate its 3 but that also counts 6 at the 5 degree mark.... But there no other plates available in Europe only pro design 200€...
But i cant find anyone who installed the jfg timing plate i remember someone did but cant find it... I tought it was you but that is not a jfg plate

LOL thanks bro! The spacers were a seperate kit but made for these bars by the same company. They were bought for me so not sure if it was an ebay item or not. The pipes are actually called r1 rockets (old school) that you cant buy anymore and some old school banshee guys swear by them! Super rare pipe to have brother 👊🤙
@@StupidFastJohn Cool thanks for the info, I’ve always like the looks of homemade pipes on two strokes. Do you know how much horsepower your banshee is putting down? According to Duncan racing, my 421 cheetah cub is supposed to be putting down 93 hp. But I’ve never had it on a Dino so who knows, got to be close by the way my arms feel after riding it for a while. LOL I like your new shop set up hope to see some new contact soon.
No problem man! 👊 i also have never had her dynoed but i know she should be somewhere in the 100hp range 😅😁🐢 but same as you just jetted her right and rippin on it. I want to do a dyno session when time and funds allow! Btw rockets are not homemade pipes there was actually 2 versions of them, the r1 and the r2 and these were molded then hand welded 🤙💨💥. Only thing is if you’re doing a diagnostic, you should only do one part at a time

Got a ? Previous owner cut light brackets off banshee and cut wires i just got put back together starts 1st kick..only issue is its causing electricity sparks like big sparks the gas i give it. Idling nothing like maybe awire something for headlights its like more gas bigger the sparks get worried could start a fire if gas leaks
And i did black tape cut wires am i missing something maybe a ground
Disconnect the yellow & black wire from the stator by the kick starter. That's the power source for your lights.

Have you ever used the 2+1 $120 A-Arms from eBay? They seem so tempting but I don't know if I should trust them.
Yes and i dont recommend them! A nice set of "mid level" full flights is around 400 bucks and the pro version is 600. The ebay ones the balljoints strip threads and are very cheaply made. Full flights are revised with a new company owner and are light years better! 👊✊🙌

Yoo was wondering is there a way to tell what’s perfect timing for your banshee. Do they say not to go over plus four on stock because of heat r pre det. Is the skwish and stoke going to matter for timing and if so how do I know where exactly to put her at. I have wisco piston new cylinder cool head new case mod quad lock out case cover fmf pipes. Went from 4.25 (must have went a little over woppsy lol) to plus 3 and it seems to want more air on idle screw. Pwk 152 main. Ring looked great on plus 3. On plus 4t 155maine was tad rich on chop. So looks like 152 be perfect for both timing. But why idle diff. Has to be burning more better on of if idle is diff.hot rods crank stock stroke. Coil pack just shit the bed on me so no rush go a week to figure this out. I don’t mind taking the stator off ten times if I have to I just don’t know what exactly to look for with timing. Thank you very much anything help I can be a little ocd with my stuff

I think alot of people have, ive just been so wrapped up in finishing my polebarn and converting it to commercial use that i havent had the extra time right now to video and edit yah know. Once i get that done ill be back to filming and it will be full time than! 👊✊ alot of people have reached out to me and i love that you guys are so supportive of the channel. How does the cheap ebay coils work for two stroke cdi engine? Are those worth buying? Thanks any advice is better than none!!!..
I wouldnt use em, some work fine some die quickly so its a tossup!

What clutch perch are you using? Because the stock perch has a parking brake
It was a moose racing handle i bout like 10 years ago lol bit most standard non oem perchs will work

My question is shouldn't there be lock tight on the stator screws? The reason I ask is I'm about to change mine on my banshee and I dont want to mess it up. Thanks and have great day
I have never in almost 20 years of working on thesebused loctite and as you saw they werent loose. I do however give them a snug uhgga duhgga tighten with a 10mm socket though before i put it back together 👊✊

Loctite is a good piece of Mind I'd use it
You can use blue loctite for piece of mind. More the screw is used the more it can loosen.
ebay handle bars are fine atleast the fat ones, the riser will break doh if you flip the big. what is a good thing it wont break the steering collum or the handle bar. (my friend roled his barossa 250 and the riser just broke off handle bar was fine and steering collum was still straight) i fliped my adly 300 with a 22mm cheap handle bar without risers, it bend the handle bar and my steering collum... that is now bend... now im using a fat bar and riser... atleast its solid
wait u already have raiser on the steering right? cause the problem with those fat bars is they all LOW handle bar.. i want high ones in fat... but those are hard to find on aliexpress.. i do find them on any motor site local but for 40-50€...
Yes my setup is the alba plus 2 steering stem and now has pro taper fat bars with their own clamps added onto the alba bottom clamp
@@StupidFastJohn ahhh that is why cause with just the clamps for 22 to 28mm it doesnt raise it alot compared to stock handle bar. since those fat bars are oftenthat is why your looks good and high. might need to look for some raising clamps...
They do sell them on ebay, you can def raise them 🤙✊👍
