I personally think this TAS is awesome and couldn't be improved by much except by using all the times these strats that I began using from 12 stars to the end, not before because I didn't discovered them before:

They don't. Max texture size is 64x32/32x64.

If you're talking about texture packs, that's an entirely different thing.
oh hey look an old comment of mine. well, I'm going to correct myself, I guess. that limitation was only due to the old importer, I believe. textures over 64x32 and 32x64 are entirely possible, albeit with limitations. for example, 64x64 textures can only have up to 16 colors, and I believe higher res textures have even more severe limitations. I don't remember what the max size was but I think it was something along the lines of 128x128 or 128x256/256x128, with only greyscale being possible (colors would be provided by vertex colors, I guess). probably wrong, though.

First level is from Glover/Soundtrack is unknown to me, Second level is Unknown to me/Soundtrack is from Hailfire peaks from Banjo-Tooie, Third is the bowser castle from mario kart 64 i think and donno about the soundtrack, Fourth lvl looks like its from Earthworm Jim/ Soundtrack is unknown to me and fifth lvl and soundtrack is from Rusty Bucket Bay from banjo kazooie

Arnaud Dubois, The fourth level's bonus area (or whatever) is the farm level from Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge. It's actually one of my favourite underrated tracks of all time. The main level's theme I'm not too sure about, but I know I've heard it elsewhere. I feel like it might be an unused track from Banjo-Kazooie or something.
I'm not too sure about the factory portion of Level four (I hadn't watched that far before commenting hahaha)

If you only use this video as reference, than yeah it's broken, but even the original SM64 looks broken when watching a TAS, so this is far from being as bad as it looks like.

I remember getting glover from a garage sale for three dollars back in the day. I never really understood the game, but I enjoyed the partrs of it I did play.

Homerfunky why isn't the character to use Luigi look stupid and retarded but a good video though. How come you only have to get 50 coins to get its star and not 100? And there are only 6 red/green coins to get instead of 8.

Nope :v, que yo sepa la mayoria de los TAS se hacen frame por frame, a base de ensayo y error (osea, esta jugando un jugador real pero con herramientas del emulador, save-states, por ejemplo)

Regular sm64 too. In the 120 stars TAS in tiny huge island, they used more than 15K rerecords for the koopa part to make him the fastest.

This game's level 2 collision is insanely bad. You can BLJ off the walls near the blue coin switch, as well as swim out of bounds normally. And there are some stupid invisible walls that randomly stop me for no reason. Level 4 keeps lagging. There is one stupid red coin in level 3 that I don't know how to collect it because I'm a beginner, not a pro in order to BLJ off of those Thwomps

Why do you play as luigi?
Because Luigi has the ability to do the spin thing that is often done, especially with BLJ speed. It's done by pressing Z and B at the same time. Mario doesn't have this ability.
