excellent tuto, très clair dans ses explications. un pas à pas très pédagogique que l'on peut suivre avec une connaissance de l'anglais scolaire et / ou les sous-titres. la technique énoncée donne un très beau fini et rendu.

How do you add additional hanging sleeve for a very wide wall hanging? Just supporting on a rod by the corners isn't going to work for a piece that's 72" wide by 40" long.

I believe you can add two additional triangles evenly spaced between the corner triangles that should support that weight/ length.

what a clever idea as I have exactly the same concern for a hanging 40" wide. I'm wondering about making them more of a rectangle folded over rather than a folded triangle ?

I don’t want to use water in my iron … is it acceptable to use a spray bottle to spritz instead of steam? Thanks! 🧵

Hi there - thanks for reaching out! Sometimes water has the tendency warp the edges of the quilt as the dry iron dries the spritz. Steam or a starch alternative will define the fold more effectively. We love the LauraStar steam iron system for facing quilts!
