    Which side do I get access? First I heard drivers side wheel then passenger side you said towards the end.

      Passenger side will be the easiest access to the starter motor location. Thank you for watching!!!

    I have a friend who has this jeep. Battery good, new starter, check both on same day but won't start still. What else could be the problem?

    No mention of the starter relay in the fuse box? Does it have a relay? Wouldn't that be a good place to do some testing?

    • @Sellthoseflippingcars

      I didnt put it into the video but yes that is a good place to start and a cheap fix if that is the problem.

    My car won’t crank won’t start. Sounds like there’s function in the relays terminals are clean brand new battery. Just replaced started vehicle started multiple times went to the store and came back vehicle went back to no start no crank. Any suggestions?

    I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue of intermittent crank no start situation. But I've throw parts at it like crazy. At first I thought it was the fuel pump. And then I replaced it 3 times. Until I bought a Denso fuel pump. And still nothing. I swapped the fuel pump relay, a new starter, a new crankshaft position sensor, new spark plugs, and a new battery. I still can't get it to start. Idk where to go next. Considering it starts whenever it wants to every other week or once a month even. If anyone has a way to guide me to a solution that would be great. Thank you all

    Great video, thanks, but I think your kid is yelling at his mom, lmao. One dad to another, thank you. My 2005 JGC is a POS gas gig, and my exact situation is what you discussed. New battery, diehard gold (260$), and no crank no start, checked relays, all good, now it's snowing outside, and I have to get under and check the starter. Wish me luck, and pray I don't Mike Tyson swing at the quarter panel. 🤣 Have a great day

      It definitely sounds like the starter went out on you Daddy McCloud. We are getting snow here in Virginia so I know your pain.

    Hey thanks for the good info and vids you make and upload I had a question about a 2014 chrysler town and country
    The rpm s when its on idle on mines its goes up to 1000 plus 20 is that normal and when im at a stop and I turn the wheel left or right the rpm goes up ?? The other day the car wouldn't turn over we got it to the dealer ship and they found a 10 amp fuse in the fuel pump spot when it was supposed to be a 20 amp after they switched it they recommend to pit a new fuel pump does that make sense im no mechanic

    • @Sellthoseflippingcars
      @Sellthoseflippingcars  3 роки тому

      Yes it is totally normal for the RPMs to be around 1,000 when it is idling. The longer the vehicle runs it should settle down to about 7 to 800 usually. If it does not there is no concern it is okay. Also the RPMs will increase when you turn the wheel left or right that is because extra power is needed to engage your power steering pump. So it is normal for the engine to adjust RPMs when steering. That is good that they caught the fuse. Did the vehicle start right up after they replace the fuse?

    • @Sellthoseflippingcars
      @Sellthoseflippingcars  3 роки тому +1

      I would only be concerned about the fuel pump if it does not start again. Thanks for watching!

    Help! Bought a 2017 GC Laredo a few months back now today when I go and try to start it this morning the brake pedal is stiff and the car won’t turn on when I press the push to start. My jeep does come with the auto start stop feature if that matters. Wonder if this has ever happened to anyone and what did you do too fix it? TIA
