- A 1000HP 2JZ Swapped Toyota Hilux ?? HEL YESS, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. We met up with Herman from Jnr Welding Works and witnessed a couple burnouts with his crazy 2JZ swapped Toyota Hilux. This is one of many 2JZ swapped cars in South Africa, but it's our absolute favorite. Hope you guys enjoy the video !!

Thanks for this! I just love how Mzansi's Car Culture is now going deeper, into performance specifically. The 2JZ-GTE is literally the sweetest sounding engine of all. I'm sure you might have had oversteer whilst turning and accelerating due to weight distribution on the rear axle?
It’s not my personal vehicle so I couldn’t answer that question, I just did the filming.
