Every day Greg Miller, Tim Gettys, and Nick Scarpino talk about the biggest stories in nerd culture.
Music by Tonedeff - www.QN5.com - Розваги
My favorite running gag is Greg telling Kevin his input is irrelevant when it comes to RaguBagu.
Pierre Conrad I loved/hated his little tantrum from not being included too 😆
I hate Kevin’s hatred of the X-men movies....
Kevin is always wrong about what happens in the storyline but is always far too stubborn to admit it
Toronto is in the middle of Canada like Pittsburgh is in the middle of the US....
My ranking so far:
1. X-Men: Days of Future Past
2. X-Men: Fist Class
3. Deadpool
4. The Wolverine
5. X2
6. X-Men: The Last Stand
7. X-Men
8. X-Men Origins: Wolverine
SmashingSuccess literally the only thing I would change about your list is the positions of deadpool and first class.
Peter Atkinson This list is perfect
I prefer X-Men: Foot Class.
Kevin - "Is it a wig?"
Andy - "I don't know"
Haha such good timing Andy, love it! Great episode guys!
I agree with Nick with the mask thing. Reynolds cranks it up to 11 when he is under the mask.
dementedavenger2784 which makes perfect sense. That’s what the mask and costume is for lol.
kingofzero yes, but there are clear differences between deadpool under the mask and deadpool not under the mask. He isnt Bruce Wayne or Clark Kent who have completely different personalities. He is the same person with or without.
dementedavenger2784 yes but like Batman or Superman. While in costume nothing else matters. He doesn’t have to worry about anything else like we see in deadpool 2 which comes back to bite him in the ass.
Man I love Kevin but he just kills any and all momentum in these reviews.
Kevin would rank every movie #1 and every bad guy #1 if he could
Just a clarification Tim Miller co-founded Blur studios and in fact created the test footage
You're talking about Days of Future Past like it's a bad movie and I won't stand for it! I loved Deadpool but the plane scene in DOFP is better than any scene in that movie.
I needed this dose of Nick today , no morning show sucks
Soul Exchange Same, I usually don’t watch X in Review, but I’ve been missing my KF fix. 😋
Thank you Greg and Nick for standing up for Days of Future Past. Deadpool was brilliantly done but Days of Future Past is so good! Deserves top spot, I know a lot of people aren’t going to agree with me, but I think it’s even better than Logan.
I’ve been re-watching all the In Review shows, and you guys are so much better about not talking over each other.
How mad do you think Gen is that her husband mister Greg Miller was unable to correct the gang on the correct locations of Canada's MAJOR cities.
She's French Canadian, so she probably only cares about Quebec
My rank would be
1) Days of Future Past
2) Deadpool
3) First Class
4) X2
5) The Wolverine
6) Xmen
7) Origins Wolverine
8) The Last Stand
TheHOOfan1 my exact list as of now
Kevin needs to chill, very opinionated and outright states that people are wrong if they don't agree with him
Lotr is the better trilogy
Kevin really makes it difficult for me to refrain from making negative comments.
does anyone know what that hoodie that kevin is wearing with the oversized, over lapping hood? it looks so dope. @kindafunny?
Just a small question: Since most of the movies since X3 have post-credit scenes, why don't you do a post-credit scene zinger at the end as with the MCU in Review? I kinda miss those random bits at the end...
Have been waiting all morning!!
HOW did they miss the big 'TAKEN" joke, i would"ve loved nick"s input about that joke
“Ryan Reynolds lost a lot of weight since ‘Just Friends’” goddamnit Andy lol
Late reply but yeah, that cracked me up. Especially the dead-pan reply to Kevin's "was he big in that?", "oh yeah he was huge"
Fun fact Tim Miller helped found Blur Studio and today he’s currently majority owner and President and Creative Director Of the company. That explains how the CG while budget of course looked so well choreographed and impressive considering what they had it’s also why he got the job for Terminator as James Cameron had wanted to work with him on the right project after spending years working on Avatar with Miller calling him a true talent waiting to be unleashed.
is “worlds of dc” in review coming anytime soon? 😂
Daniel Orteez haha id watch that all day
Christian Longo i honestly wouldn’t want them to do that if it means doing all the DC movies dating back to 1978, and then hearing Tim say “Superman: The Movie” is not a good movie. No thanks.
Maybe in the future if we actually get some consistently good movies, then it would be fun to go back and review the bad ones. As it stands now I'm not so sure.
Alejandro Segovia I love Tim, but he clearly hates all things DC.
When is this gonna be on podcasts? Im at work right now so i dont wanna get in trouble watching youtube haha
The focus on Nick is very soft. We don’t get to see the detail on that glorious beard :’(
Aw man, I forgot Deadpool was next, I only watched this again the other week. Oh well, 5th times a charm!
We plottin we plottin we plottin with Greg. Dammit Andy thats catchy af
I agree with their ranking of the two specific movies at the end.
When Wade is impaled on the giant iron spike by Francis in the flaming lab fight, you can see Wades doinker.
Ajax not feeling pain would increase his strength as well. Your body always holds back so you don't destroy it. If you have no limit you can push farther than a normal person. Idk if it should make him as strong as he is though lol.
I like both Deadpools equally
Glad to see days of future past is still number 1 for most of you guys too. I prefer more serious superhero movies like winter soldier compared to comedies like guardians of the galaxy, the dark knight trilogy beats most mcu/xmen movies for me.
Another game for Greg and Nick to win -> Kinda Funny vs basic Canadian geography
It's time to go back to the Geography challenge for where Toronto is guys.
And then you guys did, well done.
Nick, do you remember Nick Cage's abs in the classic Ghost Rider films he was in? I don't, and I don't even know if he ever got shirtless in either film, but give us the Nick Cage Ghost Rider (NCGRCU) in review.
ObjoGaming those would be 10 seconds long. With everyone just saying these suck and should never have existed.
Coming back to this, Tim Miller is a co--founder of Blur.
lol, Toronto is not "in the middle" at all. It is close to Buffalo, NY.
I love watching all the promotional material leading up to deadpool it enhances the movie
Tim Miller, has owned and run Blur Studio since 1995. Blur along with other VFX teams like Weta did the CGI. I believe Nick was right about the fallout between Tim Miller and Ryan Reynolds.
you did a good thing today Andy
My Current Rankings:
1) X-Men: First Class
2) Deadpool
3) X-Men: Days of Future Past
4) X2: X-Men United
5) The Wolverine
6) X-Men: The Last Stand
7) X-Men Origins: Wolverine
8) X-Men
Omg you guys, hahaha. Montreal is by New York, Toronto is across Lake Erie from Cleveland, and Vancouver is north of Seattle.
Henry Hollaway lol perfect
I will have a great day Andy, thanks!
Oh yeahhhhh. Finally get some more KF goodness, needed my fix.
The green line on the right is fun
Made my day🤙🏼
Deadpool is 10/10. Haven't seen 2 yet.
I did not understand the brown pants joke until last night. I feel a little stupid lol.
Agree with Tim and Kevin so much this is absolutely number 1
Deadpool #1.
Here
We
Go
!!!!
Love deadpool, maybe a bit more than deadpool 2. It was just that it was the first to do it and it holds a special place for that.
I'm gonna try and comment this on as many relevant videos as possible.
If the next In Review series is not on the Harry Potter movies (HPU In Review?). Then I will lead the protests at the next KF live event, and I will have a giant Greg baby balloon floating over the crowd
If I were Greg, and I had to recap this many movies with these hooligans every week I'd lose my mind.
Ajax lifts a guy up with one hand and swings a oxygen tank and knocks Deadpool back. I would say he has enhanced strength and resilience.
Cornell Chase both wade and Francis have enhanced strength.
kingofzero I’m aware
Thanks for spoiling parts of Deadpool 2, KEVIN!
Andy is 100% correct. I work at an arcade with 8 skeeball machines, they all have cages. No skeeball game has no gate. They all do to stop cheaters.
The ones at the Chuck E. Cheese where I live don't. They are open.
I’ve seen them with and without the protective cage.
Before watching, it’s my number 1
So far
As someone in Ontario, it’s funny to see Americans debate the geographical location of Canadian city.
did you see them doing US geography? it wasnt any better aha
Considering they were making jokes in that GOG about how those simple Canadians have 13 provinces & Territories, it says more about these hosers that they don't know where the biggest population of Canada is.
(And yes, I am a salty Canadian, thankyouverymuch)
Nick was right. The directors made point to make Deadpool crazier when the mask is on than when the mask is off. Sorta like how Peter talk so much sh*t when he is in the Spidey suit.
Matches aren't the only thing that gets turned on when you strike them AM I RIGHT FELLAS.... No...k... I'll go home now ...
The Sh!t Hole uhh
What?
I always like to watch the first few minutes before I watch the actual movie
I'm just throwing this out there...just spitballing...but y'all should let Cool Greg do Wrestlemania In Review. If the first episode uploads on August 12 and each episode uploads on Sunday, this year's Wrestlemania would upload on March 31st 2019 which is the week before Wrestlemania 35...
and andy will never remember the plot theme song
Review the sam rami Spider-Man movies please!!!
toronto in the middle?!! lol
Andy is sooooo right about dead pool 2. Hated it. Loved this one though
Instead of scrapping the entire RAGU BAGU list, you could just keep the top 10 or 13 and decide if new villains make the cut
Best stan Lee cameo in all of marvel,
"You cant buy love, but you can rent it for 15 minutes!"
About Deadpool being crazier when he's in the suit:
I don't know if any of you guys has ever been a mascot or wore a full body costume, but I can tell you that it is a weirdly freeing experience. All of a sudden there's very few things you wouldn't do to get a laugh when you're head to toe covered in a tiger outfit.
Deadpool is the best comic book movie. In the way that it’s literally like your watching a deadpool comic. It’s not the best movie based on a comic book. That is infinity war and Logan. But as a comic book movie nothing beats deadpool.
Every time ragubagu starts Tim dies a little inside
My (correct) List:
1. X-Men: Days Of Future Past
2. X-Men: First Class
3. Deadpool
4.The Wolverine
5. X-2
6. X-Men
7. X-men Origins: Wolverine
8. X-Men: The Last Stand
Just do does the villain break the top 10
Fun fact if you look at the Dead Pool the cast and random celebrities are on it
I think ‘Deadpool 2’ is quite a bit better than ‘Deadpool’, but I do like the simplicity of the first movie.
I stand with Tim!
Kevin - please stop referring to things that happen in the second movie. I haven't seen that one yet (the 4K UHD Blu ray is in the mail).
I don't know why, but people who wear sunglasses indoors annoy me.
Patrick Stewart is the perfect casting for professor x
Not sure why the random spoiler regarding Vanessa in Deadpool 2 was needed. Pretty dick move
Toronto. Not in the middle
I hated when Tim implied days of future past isn’t a complete story
Days of future past has a beginning middle and end it’s a complete story
I understand what he’s saying but he’s getting his terms wrong
Days of future past has story issues but it’s a complete story
Like an example of an incomplete story is infinity war
RD Films the fact that you think that infinity war isn’t a complete story is insane. You think it’s not because Endgame or infinity war part 2 was announced prior the making of the movie.
The strip club in the movie is called the No 5 Orange in real life. Nick I'll take you if you come to Vancouver.
Oh man, Andy's comment of " Oh, I already got there Greg, I'm drenched down here." Made me laugh historically out loud for a solid minute.
Gotta throw jackman in that list
I would be heartbroken if the RaGuBaGu list was reset. No need to read it every review but keep the master list going
Kevin and his fucking sunglasses on camera... jesus
Stories from DuPage County: Just took the Metra to Two Toots in Glen Ellyn for lunch today
Unsubscribe me from future stories, please.
Toronto is not in the middle, the longitudinal centre of Canada is on the Trans Canada highway just east of Winnipeg.
Meta podcasts are so good LUL
Packy Strone They should have a podcast that ranks their podcasts within podcasts.
Lit
Dc animated Movieverse in review
Dark Steel yes this is better
Batman films. Including animations.
I know it's going to annoy me how much you like this film lol (I thought it was ok)Enjoy your show although I disagree with you guys so much but I enjoy the discussion
Nicks feeling about Dead pool acting different with the mask on is actually something they were probably aiming for because he is like that in some of the comics, They removed the multiple personalities speaking with each other so I feel like they leaned into the with mask and without mask personalities a bit more.
I like Deadpool a lot. But let's be real. It is basically all wrapped around the one highway scene. We visit some version or point of that scene like 5 times. DOFP and The Wolverine are better movies imo.
I wouldn't consider that bad in and of itself. Is is is it bad that Reservoir dogs almost all takes place in that warehouse?
hot take: I did like Deadpool 2 more than the first.
