Good times right there. No happier dog than Esme. Time to run, time to ride, time to rest, time to eat. Indeed, having more than one means of starting is a good thing.
I'll never get tired of the Esme text bubbles lol! Man that Squirrel was not happy. I wish you showed cooking and setting up the stove and fire, getting and chopping the wood etc
I too camp from my atv, although in the Rocky Mountains. I always think of things to add to my kit, then I realize I need a pickup. But on the minimal mentality, I’ve learned to keep a small kit to make electrical repairs…wiring, spark plugs, fuses, relays. And keep a spare key somewhere. I’ve lost my key only to find it in the washing machine when I get home, thankfully having the spare.
I know right! It's hard to leave somethings behind, when you have needed them in the past. I only have one key but I have it on a paracord rope and clipped to the machine itself. So if I loose it I've also lost the ATV 😂
Nice to see entry level gear...well done! We all need to be remined that its all about getting out not how you do it. The small trucks we ride do make it easier but they are not required.
Hi Michael !! I'm impressed on how much equipement you put in those bags. That was a nice easy camping trip fun to watch. Hope you can have a campfire the next time. Take care !!
Beautiful spot Michael. Esme seemed to enjoy herself too. I like the ATV Gear Bags. It looks like you have a lot of room. Thanks for sharing! Best Regards
Wow breath taking spot. I love easy camping. Nice to get to those remote spots with the atv. Thats a spot you need binoculars for. I keep a pair in the FJ all the time now. I love to check places like that out. Cheers Michael.
Nice set up. My ATV is very similar. (2001 Prairie 400) I did up all the storage with plastic tool boxes, and ammo boxes. And of course a dog seat for my German Shepherd Service Dog. Not gonna take it camping though 'till the temps drop a bit.
I'd add in a charging port to use the atv as a power source. I use my phone for GPS, flashlight, entertainment and photography (the 100x zoom works nice in place of binoculars) without a signal and much more if I have a signal. I would also add roto packs for fuel and water. I ride a 30 year old 1993 Yamaha Timberwolf 2x4.
Hi Own, that's a great idea. I use a plugin adaptor in the 12v but a dedicated port would be better. I love the rotopacks too and might those add those later! The Yamaha Timberwolf are old school solid ATVs 👍 Love em!
Hello Michael and Esme, good to see you out doing some real camping, lol. You picked a beautiful spot to camp, that's a spot for 2 or 3 day camping. Hope to see more of this type camping.
Awesome video!! Can’t wait to do some ATV camping am glad your putting up prices so gives folks some options. Especially Now days u have to be on a budget with fuel prices to get to your destinations. Keep up the great videos bud..
Was that a 410 copier? You were definitely missing a mounted Mini Gatling for those times you want to pretend you’re an A-10 warthog…………brrrrrrrrrrrrrrt! 😉😘 You have a great setup. ✌️🇬🇧🇨🇦🇺🇸✌️
Fantastic video mate, that’s one thing I was worried about with my setup weather I would have enough space for everything but worked out that I’ve got plenty. It’s amazing how much you can fit on a atv comfortable and still have room. Also looking forward to seeing your chainsaw setup on the bike. Cheers mate 👍👍👍
At first I thought you were in the U.K lol but i realized you were in AB. Super cool! I just went and checked out the James Wilson campground in Sundre this weekend. Lots of logging roads to explore and so beautiful. My pup is quite frightened of the ATV. any tips on how to get them used to riding?
Ohh nice!! I like that area and along the forestry truck road. With the pup - just spend some time just sitting with the engine off. Have some treats close by and make a game of getting on and off. Dogs adapt fast and as long as you are confident the pup will follow along anywhere 👍

Thanks buddy 👍 I'm sure that pull start is going to save me one day 😄
I'll never get tired of the Esme text bubbles lol! Man that Squirrel was not happy. I wish you showed cooking and setting up the stove and fire, getting and chopping the wood etc
Unfortunately, the fire ban really stopped me filming the food part. Next video should be fine 👍
@@TheEmporiumOutdoors Sounds good!

Camping without a fire is a bit of a downer, but it was great to get out anyway, and asked me and I had lotta fun 👍
Great video. ATV exploration is pretty fun.
It really is!
Wonderful video , thanks for sharing , God bless !

That's fine idea!! I keep some in the Jeep but I should bring some for the ATV 💡👍
Nice setup and that place where you put up camp do look great.
Thanks my friend 👍
Wow, was amazed at what you could get in those bags! What a beautiful spot, a wonderful place for a night out. Thanks for sharing. :) :)

They are great machines! I bet your German Shepherd loves to head out with you, just like Esme my dog! 🐶
slick kit and system thanks for sharing
Thanks - It's simple and easy to pack!
Amazing spot! My 750 v-twin also has a pull start. Unless it’s been running all day, goooooood luck! 😂
Hahaha - Yea - that's a big motor 😄
Stunning views there Michael, I wish trips like this were possible in the UK. I've wanted a quad for this type of adventure for many years now.
Yea - That's the reason I left. I love the freedom in Canada to explore 👍
You want to go on a adventure I have a quad and I'm doing it . Come join me Arrrrr

I know right! Seems to swallow up the gear 😄 Chainsaw mount seems to work well - I made a video here! ua-cam.com/video/tnjYss8uI00/v-deo.html
That’s it I forgot about that video 🫢
I wish we were allowed to do this atv camping here in wisconsin. you can but its dirt tracks and really crowed up north nothing down south or central
Thats too bad 😞 That's one thing I love about Canada is its very open once you get a few hundred miles north of the US border 👍

Looks sort of like porcupine hills
Indeed it is! 👍
Any more gear and you’ll need to pull a trailer 😂
The bags seem to handle it well tho 👍
Hahahaha 😄 Or an 8x8 Argo! 😉
@@TheEmporiumOutdoors
Now yer talking 👍🤣
What length chainsaw do you use? Have you used a battery operated one.
I have a 16" Stihl gas powered saw and a DeWalt 12" battery saw. The battery one is great so far 👍
💯
Thanks 👍
Allo Miquel do you still have your Argo n side by side?
Hi Eric - No I sold the Argo - but kinda miss it some days 🥲
What country are you doing these trips in
I'm in Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦
😎👀🤫👍👋✌
Thanks Joe! 👍
Nice to adventure in the wilderness but you need to bring firearms for protection.
I do - but because of Y-T I don't feature them 👍
