Welcome Sister. I have been facing the same incident of sleep paralysis too. Even ı am muslim and making dua it still continues but believing and surrendering to Allah makes me strong and I am not scared any more. Sometimes even I miss it :) If any of the readers face the same problem, my advice : dont be worried, just surrender to Allah and then suddenly you will observe that the darkness will be replaced by a kind of light and mercy..

Sleep paralysis? I've been there and kinda scary but when you connect at that moment with Allah everything "The figure" is gone cant do anything to you (This happen when I forgot to read the adhkar and even when you read the adhkar they can't do anything and just starring at you). and this happen most of the time while I was not doing my prayer 😂. (My bad) and from the perspective of people who are close to Jinn world our family, like people try to do magic to us and got the effect of it, seeing figures while in bright daylight, etc. My advice is just to do your Adhkar folks before sleep and do your Dua before did anything. Salam 😊 May Allah always protect us from the Jinn and from the People that try to do evil. Ameen

i know communty is important and essetial but at the end of the day. it is me who wants ultimate success and salvation. You are not alone , you are n the company of your Lord and His angles who all pray for you ( Surah Ahzab).
These figures are bad Jen devils I used to see them too but after saying ayat el korsy 3 times before sleep along with other verses it’s totally protected me 🥰 it’s real protector I love this verse and sleep also on the right side
The feeling that a convert feel it when they took their shahada were mountains of ignorance , sins , kufr … etc. Has Left off his shoulder and also finding Allah Almighty.
I can’t forget this dream I said verses of Quran and ayat el korsy and I had a very strange dream I saw a black dog with blue eyes and he was standing in front of me and just watching me not doing any thing and when I saw him and I saw my self too I was standing holding very thick wooden stick and when I saw him I hit him over his head 3 times very very hard hit over his head then he runs very fast and bites me on my left hand and I immediately wake up I found my self sleeping on the left side I keept thinking a lot about the dream and I understood that I actually saw a devil and he couldn’t do anything to me as I was holding this very big wood stick so he was just standing looking at me and when I saw him I hit him 3 time with this stick and I understood the it’s the 3 time verses I say before sleep is the wooden stick that protect me and when he runs and bites me on the left hand I think this because I was sleeping on the left side not on the right
Masha Allah, if I may make a small suggestion, could you please cut the background "music" humming please, it's very distracting and makes it hard to listen and concentrate, Jazzak Allah.
