A subject very close to my heart. I had a Schumacher GP (UK Prodrive version), and is still my most favourite car. Sold it in 2009 and still miss it. Went to the Nurburgring in I think 2007 or 8. Our stilosport group met up with some guys from a stilo group from the Netherlands. Best time of my life. Some great work you've done there.
@@ItalianRebuild I don't know, It had a hard life, but I looked after it. The last I heard is the new owner blew it up, and it's most recent MOT was from 2015, so sadly, I think it may be dead😭
2:07 While trying to replace rear speakers on my Stilo i broke panel at same exact spot. At that time discovered that you need to remove whole panel to replace the speakers, such stupid design but hey its a italian car, they put airlifter at bottom of the car in JTD version. 10:56 Wow dream car just there, congrats its glorious For a guy who state its not mechanic you know more than most of mechanic i visit to fix my Stilo. If i had your skills my Stilo for sure would run better.
You're doing a great job mate..love the sky window.. the UK Schumacher GP didn't come with that.. also you LHD guys get a lovely footrest for your clutch foot.. lucky buggers ha ha.. also where do you get your spares? They are so hard to get in UK...
Hola buenas tardes soy de México tengo un Fiat Stilo Shumacher 2007 2.4 5 Cilindros 20 Válvulas como quitar un Alternador como desarmar el Stilo si puedes ayudarme te lo agradecería
Your cars and new parts are much cheaper than here in Serbia! And if our salary for a month is €350, a clutch set for a Stilo 1.6 16v is €130, an expansion bottle is €30, one headlight is €100 😭.. disaster
Had one of these, complete turd. It was two years old and gearbox went, clutch went, radiator rusted through, throttle body went, relays went. Spent 5 months out of the 11 I owned it at the dealership. Rubbish.
Pff , Was it in a wet invironment? These cars normally dont rust. Anyways , mine is 18 years old and no issues besides the issues that came because of 1 year standing still with water inside. Been driving the car for 1.5 year now without issues. ( Video's are older ).
If you know how to drive, then it’s on par with a v6 golf but handles better. I blew a gearbox from doing burn outs. And that’s the only issue. After 4 of them.
I FOUND ANOTHER ONE!!

@@ItalianRebuild We have no room for a footrest with RHD.. As the clutch pedal is next to centre console.. thanks for the spare info👍
