Paris has been a Feldenkrais Practitioner since 1992, and has attained the highest professional certification as a designated Feldenkrais Teacher trainer. She teaches public workshops in The Feldenkrais Method®, Your Body Sings and Riding with the Whole Self. Her teaching has taken her around the US and Europe. She also teaches the Sounder Sleep System™ to help people overcome insomnia and to sleep more restfully and easily.
