It's funny that this is the version I got into first before hearing the original. To me this mix is just a more fleshed out version of an amazing song that had the potential to be even better. And that potential was exploited with this mix. This one's patient and its build is so sweet and tender and handled with care as to not be impatient to just get to a hook. It doesn't leave any stone unturned. These are all cliche, but completely necessary ways for me to compliment the song. I'm glad the uploader found that he didn't need to stick with the fake "Deadmau5 remix" label he originally had for the video because this mix is so good without the need for any other name recognition to carry it. I honestly wish Zedd had Tom come as a guest to play this live for fans to get the full spectrum of emotions (no pun intended) that this song had to offer.

I actually like this song without a ton of effects. The lyrics are so emotional and beautiful that I think a simpler sidechaining type melody like this is great to showcase them. This is one of my favorite remixes right now.

Deadmau5 recently released a version of his sont "Strobe" which was originally over 11 minutes long.....this new one is 20 minutes. get over it and just pay attention to the beauty of the song.
