      lower back is not flexible; difficulty putting socks on, sitting,etc. when sitting legs feel strained; legs buzzing.

      Can you please help me with my back i have a spot in between my spine on both sides of the spine and i can feel the pop but it just won't pop its from a boxing injury so if you could help that would be great

    Bro. I injured my back on a deadlift last year. My pain has gone away just recently but I couldn’t really move as freely as I used to with my lord back. I did the last two stretches back to back, they immediately brought relief to my lower back. I am so grateful that some is interested in helping others without charging ridiculous amounts of money.     okay so i’m a 16 year old male and i’ve been having some pain and feeling pressure on my lower back near my pelvis or hips and all i can say is wow!! this really works and it helped me. at first i didn’t feel any relief, even after doing all the stretches and feeling a small pop on both sides (with the bed stretch), but when i stood up and walked for a bit i noticed the difference. the pain or the pressure i felt was gone completely! thank you very much for this video. i’ve been dying to crack my lower back and release that annoying pressure i felt. i feel a lot better and flexible. thank you.

    Went on a camping trip and strained my lower back/pelvis area. These stretches were amazingly effective. Pain went from a 9 to a 2 in minutes

    I get a lot of stiffness in my back cause I have scoliosis, and I know good stretches for upper back and middle back but these are the first lower back stretches that have actually worked for me. It didn’t pop, but it doesn’t hurt as much anymore, so thank you!

    I was literally almost in tears today because my back has been hurting so badly all day. I experience back pain in my lower back very often. I was concerned that I may need medical attention due to the pain. That’s still something I am going to speak with my Dr. about. However after desperately looking for something online that would show me what to do for relief. I stumbled across your video and I am so happy I watched! I did every stretch and the second to last stretch was the one that gave me my POP 💥 After about 5 minutes, I felt like I have a new back! Sheeesh! I will forever use these tips!     DOC! Thanks!!! I've been a bank analyst for 2 years just sleeping at my desk working so much. Investing all my earnings. My back and spine is sooo tight now. I should've addressed it sooner. I've seen a couple of doctors and they always crack my back and taught me methods to crack it. I've been super sore for the last 3 days and my next appt is 3 days from now. I tried that second stretch and I got 5 or 6 huge pops. I've been stretching all day for those. Great video

    I've been having this l5 l4 pain. I did that laying down method and it work. Really a lot of the pain and pressure. It's still tinder and a bit sore but I had this pain going on for a month now. It's given me so.e relief for sure. Thank you.

    Thank you very much. I have Spondylolysis, lumbar 4 to where the “Scottish terrier ears” are worn down. I am very active with MMA, etc...and watch my limits.     My lower back every once in a while gives me sciatic nerve issues, needed something quick on a busy work day. The stretch around 4:30 is really what did it for me; upon the first go-round, heard/felt 3 loud cracks and immediate relief.. 2 more cracks when going the opposite direction to balance. I'm good to go now, thank you so much!!

    Thanks a bunch. It helps out aaaaaaaalot, especially with me being epileptic and some times with these strain full and sometimes severe seizures that I have it'll leave me sore for days and my back will feel tense which obviously the lower back is part of it.

    Please tell us where you went to Chiropactic college! Who were your mentors and inspiration’s! I know so many DC’s in Mn because I trained health care professionals in applied Clinical Nutrition and was the rep for a world class, professional Nutraceutical company. So, I can reliably say I know hundreds of DC’s!
    Not one of these doctors ever showed me or did these self-help exercises in their offices! You go the extra mile to TRULY extend the most comprehensive care system I’ve ever seen! I wish I lived closer so I could become your patient! God bless you, Dr Rowe! I’m telling everyone I know! Even a DC I know in Michigan so he can see if he’s close to you!     I did all of these and i can feel my lower back could crack but it just wouldn't, did i do something wrong or should i keep doing this regularly and it'll eventually crack? It's a good stretch tho

      health shouldn't be a business in the first place, that is a greedy mindset, hence why we have the heroin pandemic world wide because of doctors prescribing addictive pain medication to patients who got hooked, then got their prescriptions taken away and had to find illegal street drugs to cope with the pain and addiction. All because of the greed that big pharma pushed onto doctors claiming its safe and effective!

    Love these, I will have to try the standing one. I do the corkscrew lying down almost every day. What is it "popping"? Is that that the SI Joint? I am curious if there is something people can do to avoid feeling that need to pop it. Are there exercises or stretches you recommend as a complement?

      The popping is (generally) from gases rapidly being released from the joints. These exercises help with that: ua-cam.com/video/NB98jKPF19o/v-deo.html
