Hey Katrin, great video! Thanks for sharing. I was curious about your advice....If you had to choose between Boca or Naples for (Beaches, nice neighborhoods, restaurants, single professionals) which would you pick personally to live in?
Oh boy, I probably would choose Naples on the West Coast because I prefer this side. But Boca is also great and if you are single and younger, you may prefer Boca (avg age about 48 vs 65 in Naples). But why not visit both places and get a feel assuming you have not been there yet?
If someone is moving to Florida, remember to leave any leftist policies you have supported that ruined where you are leaving. And our tropical weather is tough to get used too but once you do. It's great.

Florida is unlike any other place in America. The people here generally disregard our American customs and traditions to make way for things that break down integrity and responsibility in order to make young people adults quicker as to cater to foreign mentalities of adolescence and Barbarianism that runs rampant in past times and Club scenes here and is also protected and facilitated by the police. If you're going to come to Florida you better have enough money to stay out of the Heat and away from the elements or even enough money so you don't have to work because to be around so many different cultures and diversified mentalities will make one take on habits in life whether it is materialism or substance abuse to make up for the lack of life that is actually here. While the rapper Pitbull is the ambassador of Miami and much of South Florida and its politicians condone Thug activity and Corruption, many old people in their family still feel like they dominate this place even though they never come out of their houses hardly or the bubble they live in. The police treat people like property and any chance the courts and code enforcement agents have to make money and generate funds through tyranny and dictation and depression they will take advantage of at your cost. This is a state of profiling and bias. If you have a job here someone else will come along that fits the criteria of the ego and mentality of your supervisor and you will be replaced if you don't do drugs with them or play the game of corruption for personal selfish reasons as this place is a Badland where everybody is out for themselves pretty much. Keep in mind that people don't have to weather through the seasons here so it's a very Shifty transient place where people can change their clothes in a gas station and emerge as a different person like women do when they prostitute around here even though they look like they could be in a penthouse Ballroom one minute and on the street corner in Pompano on Dixie Highway the next. ..... and want a place like Pompano Beach it's certainly beautiful there is more of a percentage of it that is disgusting and rundown and vagrant. What exactly does homestead exemption mean ?
It is a tax exemption of up to $50k, but one needs to apply for it and other criteria need to be met.
Does it mean you have to live on a working farm or is by acreage ?
