My eyes were blessed with this video! 😍 OMFG the camera work + insane build job! I love this so much I can't take my eyes off it! Well done Leo, keep it up, can't wait to see more from you!!!
You’re too kind Jetto... coming from such a talented builder, this means the world to me! I appreciate your kind words and your support always! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 #gsquad #hazelbros
Awesome video! I never knew something so cool could be so cute. I love it! I think the captions are great. I'd love to see them in the future. And as for the name, I suggest "FR-1E-ND-0". Or maybe "Major Tom".
Wow bro, I know I always say it but your production value is so, so good! I like the added captions so someone like me could understand what you are doing hahaha! Kit bashing, I like the sound of that! Each video I watch the more I want to try myself, one of these days I will! I really enjoy the whole process, it truly is an art my friend and wow what an amazing result. Those little details make all the difference, nice touch with the lighting as well.
Wow thanks so much! You’ve always been supportive from the start and I appreciate it more than you can know. Really all I do is experiment with light and camera settings until I get something that I think looks cool and I use it. I shoot with a 10-year-old LUMIX GH2 and a cheap discontinued lens and the rest is all in the lighting and the color grade... I’m here if you wanna chat about anything gear and video related... let’s learn from each other! Cheers!!
Wow this awesome! You took this cute little mecha and turned it into a realistic looking mecha that looks like it does lots of tough work! The weathering is awesome as well, really gives it a realistic vibe!
Hehe oh yeah~ The measuring placement of holes with masking tape is genius! Love the weathering processes! Picked up a few techniques I wanna try~ Have you tried sponge application? Would make some weathering more random~ What a banger video! Keen to see how it continues! Caption stay! Name for him... hmm... how bout "X"?
Thanks brudda... and yes! I love the sponge technique as well! Thanks for your support and I’m glad you enjoyed the video! 🙏🏼 Ps. X is a good name! I’ll add it to the list of candidates! 😁
Loved this! I have a, I guess, a model repaint coming up as my next project video and the while time I was doing it I was all, "Leo is gonna kill me when he sees this mess." Hahaha
Thanks my dude! I appreciate your support 🙏🏼 The end scene was all done in camera (I try to do as little as possible in post) by killing all the lights, while the little dude was standing on an Aperture MC at 80% intensity, then holding another MC right on top of him and barely off frame shooting light down on him... and that was it... then just scaled down in post and color graded 👍🏼🙌🏼
@@LeoNelBuilds I'm trying to grow my weathering techniques, this is some next level stuff right here, bro 😛 so cool. I'm working on a couple of HGs first to get the hang of it, but I hope to eventually do a weathered RG Sazabi and a PG MK II
@@theseedoflife9886 hey thanks man! And it sounds like a plan! Oooh... RG Sazabi is definitely a great project! I got an RG Sinanju coming up for the channel in a couple of months and it’s gonna be a good predecesor for a Sazabi for me haha! Thanks for stopping by, man! Consider subscribing! 🙏🏼🙌🏼

A really nice work.
Having a little bit more light, at the end of the video, would have made easier to look at the model.
Very nice! Thanks for feedback and for stopping by! Glad you enjoyed it! I hope you decide to stay 😁🙌🏼

Why thank you! Much appreciated!
Love the camera movements man along with the smooth transitions. How'd you get it so pitch black at the very end. Was that mostly in post?
Thanks my dude! I appreciate your support 🙏🏼

What are you mixing the pigment with, water?
Hey man! I’m mixing pigments with Vallejo airbrush thinner... but water works too! Thanks for stopping by!
