Another terrific story. I especially liked the insights on "simplicity" in an ever more complex world. Went shopping for jeans this weekend, and the Christmas decorations were already up and Christmas carols blaring from street-based speakers.
I feel love in my tummy when I see something like this :)
So...I know I am way late in watching this video. I loved it! but... I don't agree with the Baker in him saying, there is no good bread there. My parents are from the south of Peru and as a kid and young adult I would vacation tin Peru and the bread was awesome! The simplicity of cafe con leche and artisanal bread with butter in my opinion, is the best comfort food!
i'm so happy to have found this!!! my dream is to work in El Pan de la Chola !!!!
Man, this is inspiring. I wish many people had this mentality...
His philosophy is inspiring. Thanks for sharing!
love your channel <3 it definitely deserves so much more love and support
I visited Lima this week with my husband and we went in the afternoon to eat to this lovely place !!! Thanks a lot for your recommendation. I drank orange juice with a cookie. And I also try vegan chocolate!!! ;)
BREEEEEEEEEEEEEEAD. bread is life
Donde encuentro el pan de la chola
ok im addicted to your vids now
Wow this guy is amazing, and your way of additing and filming the video too! I would love to have the chance to try one of this fresh handmade breads
How much is hread there
If you haven't travel through Perú, then you can not say there's was not good bread in Peru. Lima is not Peru!
What do U mean there’s no bread here 😄
"there is no good bread here.." That's bullshit dude.
Obviously this dude doesn't know what he is talking about. There are many cities/towns in Peru with bakeries doing bread many times better. To make it all worse, his "bakery" name is obtuse and demeaning. He certainly seems an ignorant individual. Wasted precious 4 minutes watching this crap and yeah certainly not interested in visiting this spot in Lima. Thanks but no thanks.
