Judge is in session:
I did some video forensics (watched it again) and concluded that Kyde is right, she popped the top of the yoghurt bottle, handed it to Eric and Eric fished up the cap thingy and thus incurred the stickage on the spoon and later his fingers.
Kyde is in the clear.
Hahahahaha, I did the same research in editing and wasn't personally pleased with my results. -E
Kyde is at the most be an accessory to stickage but Eric is the true culprit.
I watched your videos as a kid I’m 18 now and finally found your videos again. I suffer from persistent depression disorder since I was a kid, I expected the worst when trying to find your guys page again (thinking you guys might’ve spilt) so happy to see you guys together and happy. Your videos truly helped me feel better as a kid and still do, I hope you guys see this and if so you guys are incredible and I owe you guys a big thank you for getting me through tough times !🤍
Oh wow, very cool you found us again! Glad to be even a little help when things are tough, I know exactly what you mean about that, I have my "comfort music" or "comfort shows" I watch when I'm not feeling awesome. It's wild that we are that to some people. Thanks for the kind message, by the way! -E
What! Its clearly Poirot! The moustache..C'est magnifique!
hahah
I said "Just the tip" to myself just before Eric said it. ;-)
hahaha
There's a "Chicago Pizza" chain in California, the prices are usually in the $20's, they're known for calzones.
I've been using a locking device for umbrellas for over 50 years, and the shoeboxes in the public baths are also locked!
That edwardian strongman tash is coming on a real treat Eric... and after a swift google cash conversion a large pizza from Papajohns here in the UK (no offers) will set you back 3600 yen :o Anyhoo, thanks again for another episode of the great cyclathon around a body of water.
Thank you, another great vlog. We love your videos. Agree with the earlier comment, definitely one of the best UA-camrs!
This series is so good, one of the best
Eating like an adult scene was funny. @25:25. I'm with Eric on that one.
Thank you for making such great and interesting videos 😊 Kyde having to resort to using a clothes peg to spread the cream cheese is almost like something straight out of ‘Orange is the New Black’!
Hahahah
thanks Kyde and Eric great video
This was probably the episode I liked the most about this trip, for now
happy 10th. many more
Thanks!
Watched the first half of the video, fabulous, gonna have to watch the second half tomorrow. “I’m always down with a hard noodle.” I was going to poke fun at Eric for saying “kilomometer” or “just the tip”, but that “that’s what she said” reference was L O L. Another comment coming later on the second half of the video. Cheers K&E.
That moustache is terrific, but would look even better if you wore it with a top hat and a sinister laugh.
I agree
Can't wait for the camping videos. I'm hoping to do some kind of camping before it gets cold. I'd like to see what you guys did. Might give me some inspiration.
Haha, this is the lowest form of adventure one could do and still call it "camping." -E
I’m in Australia and have TanTan Men all the time. Love it. Had it in Sapporo as well.
That bottle you had was about the size of the school milk we use to have in the UK.
Really enjoyed this trip looking forward to the last episode thanks it’s been a great series 👍🏴🇬🇧
Love the videos.
I applaud your restraint not going to that island, bravo👏!!
Can't deal with the deaths of others on my conscience hahaha
Always amazing japan! I hope in the future more travels and not only Japan. Good video as always!
What a trip, so great to see another bit of Japan! Hope one day you get to the rest of the world 🙏
Lesson of the day: a 35 centimeters pizza is quite big :)
This week at La Rochelle, France. In a bistro I had a 35 cm / 14" pizza, made while I wait with lots of local ham, mushrooms & olives, cooked in a brick oven. € 11.50, eat on the terrace.
Feeling envious. Hhaa -E
When I lived in Wakayama, we had a Chicago Pizza. It opened after I had been there for a while. It wasn't cheap, but it was fine enough.
KILLERRR!!!!
Eric rocking the handlebars 👍..this was a fantastic road trip.
I love the mustache! Definite Waluigi vibes. This was a lot of fun!
I can imagine a nice cramped bath in that super compact bathroom. Nice rides tho!
WAHHH!!
awesome video , keep it up !
Chicago is a Kansai pizza chain, actually it was the closest pizza shop to my Apartment in Kyoto. Even though I walked by it on my way to the grocery store, just the prices and style of pizza I never got a pizza from there. The only reason I ever got Dominoes is because they had 50% off coupons, so pizza was 1500 yen instead of 3000 yen. Also liked the fact that the Dominoes website has a English version which is easy to order off of.
LOVE the mustache
hi again a great vid , hope you are all safe just heard your back in lockdown , all the best phil [england]
It's not exactly a lockdown here, just a "mild advisory" to umm...not drink alcohol in restaurants after 7pm with your friends, basically. It's just for optics, really. -E
WOOOOOOOOOOO LAKE MUTHA$&@KING BIWA!!!!!!
EDIT: We need an episode of "Eric is to tall for Japan."
As a fellow mustache aficionado, I must say that I am digging your 'stache. A quick word of advice from a long-time mustache guy, make sure to shave it at least once a year... (Keeps the wife happy). Loving the videos, I hope the comments help the algorithm.
25:27, Eric almost ate the entire spoon lmao
mad props for not hurting grandma
kyde wears her ring on her right hand. wheres your ring son?
Chris Rock and Jerry Seinfeld ARE friends. :P When Seinfeld went back to standup after doing the sitcom he did a documentary and there was a part there where he was just hanging out with Chris Rock at the Comedy Cellar, I think. I know, it's just 5 seconds of the 46minute video haha but I guess it proves I watched til the end! :P
the isolated island, that's going to be a sequel at some time.
Hopefully!!
You can use a comb as a knife to spread cream cheese. You can use a fork to comb your hair.
Now that's thinking!
Lots of laughs on this episode! About the Miami log cabin, it could be a reference to the Miami nation centered in Indiana and Ohio where log cabins are still quite common. These people were later pushed down to Florida, but so few of them survived they lived on only in name.
Interesting!
The paper caps were also on the real milk bottles of old.
Kyde...Why you make me rewind!!!
Tantanmen are the best! :)
"do the handlebar's help" Indeed they do. Thanks for the next installment!
The moustache is entirely magnificent! 〰️
haha thanks!
Hey! You sure deserve at least the double of subscribers. Been smiling all through the video. Really enjoyable stuff. I've probably said it before but I'm going to say it again... YOU two guys are easily the BEST UA-camrs around. By the way, that pizza was way too expensive. Looking forward to seeing the next Lake Biwa vid. Cheers.
Thanks Nikola!! -E
Sweet!
Interesting they have a dedicated locking umbrella rack. Kyde, good job on mcguyvering the cream cheese!
Omg Eric the walrus 😱🙉😂🤣🐓🦒🚲🚲🥳
Too bad that Lake Biwa isn’t larger, just one more EP left. 😢
Another great job, absolutely love it, tunes are great mix.
U should of used your finger for the cream cheese , but I guess that’s what it’s like with kyde lol
Looks like fun,
Pizza 🍕 looked great until someone started eating it with a fork, but she redeemed herself at the end ❤️ Eric u so lost on getting into your drink watch the replay, kyde helped but u messed up
Moustache is strange 🧐
Great work on this one well done 👍.
Cheers
Beard game is strong in this 💪💪
The Spoon Dip Controversy!
You guys are so cute!!
This is me in the comments telling you how dope you look :)
Great video
👍👍
My understanding of Japanese food etiquette is very limited. However, for communal items, like the umeboshi, I was taught to turn the chopsticks around and use … just the tip. The opposite ends of the chopsticks that weren’t in your mouth, to bring the items to your plate/bowl. Then flip them back to eat again.
Yea, this is common if you are with people at like a drinking party or something, but for them not to have a way to get something out of a communal jar like that is pretty odd, especially during these trying times. -E
@@kydeanderic There is definitely a dichotomy in the way the world thinks right now. A steep learning curve for sure. They disinfect the table and chairs, but have individuals use their hands to lift the jar lid and have no one-time disposable utensil to distribute items, I agree is in opposition.
Here in BC Canada it was the same thing. No fast food self-serve drinking stations anymore, the servers fill it for you behind the counter. Turn around and use your hands to grab individual packets of ketchup, pepper, etc. from the tubs. Touching packets others have touched and now one touched other adjacent packets trying to get theirs. Sit down and use those hands to eat a burger and fries. However, the table and chair have been wiped for sterilization. It has improved significantly since service industries have reopened recently, so there’s that.
Great vid as always. Loving the moustache. Waluigi is my favorite.
When you said how much that pizza was, I actually gasped. I thought tops you would say, was 20.
Hahahah
There still $5 dollars pizzas @ little Caesars but they have other ones for $8 to $10 dollars that are actually quite good. The deep dish is exceptionally good and only $10.
My cat liked this video
nice kitty
That Gwar shirt is the second one that I remember seeing you in on the UA-cam vids or on stream. Nice!!! I remember seeing Gwar at the House of Blues in New Orleans and me and my best friend literally thought we were going to get crushed to death at one point, scary and fun. Balsac, the guitar player, why “Save” him, did he go to jail or something?
He had cancer, the shirt was part of a fundraiser for him.
Little Caesars still has $5.00 pizzas
10:23 upper left button!
hahaha yes.
@24.40 I've often wished that we have camera in the house to settle arguments on who did or said what but now, seeing how Eric fair in this case, maybe I shouldn't order that camera after all.
hahahah
hi just watched your last vid again.... now eric i dont know if you know this but when youre in that hoodie with the wind howling you look just like igor in the film young frankenstein just look and see when igor is on the cart going to the castle ....werewolfs no theres wolfs just so funny i think it will be your kind of fun phil.
haha
38:10: Oh Kyde, all of them are really crap pizzas now... I remember back in the day (when 2 pizzas came in the paper covering) little caesars was pretty decent, but so was pizza hut...
bummer!
Overcooked ramen noodles, send it back! Now that would be an interesting experience.
Cheese gyoza and umeboshi tabehoudai? If a few days of sore butt cheeks is what it takes to get one of those, then sign me up! Gyozas or not, this series is being super fun to watch. Thanks!

Wow, dissing pizza?!
I'm glad it turned out ok
I remember pizzas at new Zealand cost really cheap when I was there 15 years ago.. I have meat galore..
Kilomometres! 8 )
Head back to that konbini and get a knife!
Or steal/borrow one from their restaurant...
In future: pack some plastic utensils in your toilet bag or something ;-)
Love your vids always!!
We actually for years carried some utensils for just such a moment, but in Japan you are always always able to get a utensil easily...unless, apparently, you are in the nicest hotel you've been in in over 10 years hahahah. -E
Am I the only one to get the cycling background music stuck in my head?
yay
Amazing you managed all that cycling without proper gear...konpai 🤙
Well, the bikes were great gear, so it's not exactly like we were on tricycles hahaha. -E
Why is pizza in Japan so expensive? Also very big of Eric to admit he was wrong haha
Hah, not all pizza is that expensive, but it certainly does exist at crazy prices. Not sure why.
It's easy to have to admit you are wrong if it's only ever happened once!
-Eroc
I am wondering if there is some sort of loyalty scheme for business hotels? I wonder what kind of perks you get after ten stays?
Yea, some of them have perks, not sure of the details though. -E
chocolate chip bagels do not need cream cheese :p and cheddar bagels
Pizza. With a fork. NoooOooOoOOoO!
sorry, there weren't any chopsticks on the table.
What’s up the handle bar moustache are you going to wax it and love it and grow it out?
haha unknown. At the moment in mask-times waxing it is sorta a waste of work. -E
"Disgustingly exciting"
$40 is insane prices for pizza
haha yes.
Damn that's an expensive pizza, I assume the pizza baker was wearing a tuxedo. If you'll ever visit Sweden again I'll bake you two homemade 40cm pizzas for zero kr.
I'm sold! -E
how very MacGyver of you!
Fingers works great for utensils. Just don’t scratch your bum first.
Oh my, that was a proud price for the pizza. Here in a local village in Germany, the big pizzas costs 5, 50 Euros no mather hownmuch toppings you want.
So this hotel gets a low rating right? XD
This is an algorithm moustache comment.
627 liked is me .
i mean hot cheetos and cream cheese is the best.
im sold
,, I've been looking 4 yr merch store to see where all the official Kyde cream cheese clothes pegs are,, but! ,, I wouldn't be able 2 afford ¥40k,, I only have about a buck 25 😏 it's not enough,,,
🕊️🤍✨✨✨🏆💐xx 🧃🧃🥯🥯

Chris Rock and Jerry Seinfeld are so out of touch as comedians. They can't relate with anybody and that makes them unfunny.
Seinfeld is amazing show, but his stand-up has never been for me. I don't have an opinion of Chris Rock one way or the other. -E
