The last and final time I saw KISS was on their, so-called, "Farewell" tour. In my opinion, despite Gene and Paul "pulling a fast one" on the fans (a "fast one" meaning saying "farewell" to Ace and Peter and NOT the fans (?)), I stuck by them-even going as far as buying and liking Psycho Circus-despite poor sales. The only KISS that matters, to ME, is the '70s KISS (I got into KISS in 1979). The "Shout At The Devil"-era Motley Crue is the Crue I prefer.
How much do you think the total costs of that tour are? The renting of the trucks hauling that shit around, the petrol to keep the trucks running, the electricity bills, the carrying of the back up incase something breaks, the people who build it all up need to be paid, the rental fee of the stadiums and halls they will be playing in. A ticket price of hundred bucks is a BARGAIN if you see what kind of money goes into the organisation and the logistics of the whole fucking thing.
this is going to be another kiss greatest hits show of kiss. People are sick and tired of hearing the same crap songs from kiss. Thank god motley crue is playing. At least after motley crue I can leave. Kiss isnt even releasing there album until after the tour....who the hell does that. Kiss sucks!!!
Despite ticket price$, and as much as I love '70s KISS and early '80s Motley Crue, this is ONE tour I WON'T be going to! Why? In my opinion, these two bands are "too old," their music is "too slow," their voices are gone, and they're "too out-of-shape!" I'll just have the pleasure of playing their vintage CDs-which sound better than they do, today, anyway!
two of the best bands ever ! god bless rock n roll
Can't wait! Going to see them in August in Concord, Ca! Motley opened for Kiss 30 years ago and here we are 30 years later!
I'll be at 3 shows working on number 4 lawn seats are only $25 if you get 4 people to go with you. 2 large bands for 25 bucks HELL ya!!
You bring that concert to Orlando right now, you owe me everything.
Wow!! Fantastic!! KISS & Motley Crew Are Awesome!! Rock On!!

Yep
If I win the local lottery prize of $56 million tonight I'll hire them for a personal concert in my living room.
Not a bad price for motley crue and half a tribute band.

Nikki Sixx looks like he's a bit of work done. Not quite Mickey Rourke but rather 'stretched'!

Nope not losers, any one with the last name burton is though. Like Cliff Burton, he lost his life lol
