I lived in Greenwood from 1957-(I was 3 years old) until 1970. We loved it my dad worked for Farm Bureau in Indy. I had a paper route in from 1964-1968 delivery the Indianapolis News for 35 cents a week. Played baseball at Clore Field. Everyone was friendly and nice. The Population was ~6,000 back then.
Thank you so much for your videos. My husband, two young sons and myself are making the big move to Greenwood IN from Southern California in the next couple months. Having been born and raised in California, of course I’m a little nervous, but watching your videos makes me excited about the move. 👍🏼 Greenwood looks perfect for us 🤩
Really appreciate all of these videos. My wife and I are between Austin, Texas and Indianapolis and my research has been pulling me to Greenwood if we go to Indiana. Love the access to Southern Indiana and the quick drive to airport and Costco. I’ve watched almost all of your videos haha! Thanks for all of your work.
You missed telling about Kid City, the great private schools, and our amazing library! The greatest thing about living here is the kindness of the people. I moved here 20 yrs ago from NE Ohio and fell in love with this wonderful community.
Oh I missed more than that! It's hard to cover everything it has to offer in a video. I'll be making more about Greenwood in the future! I'm glad you like Greenwood and I'm a fan of it as well.
I lived in the Greenwood area for nearly thirty years. It is boring in the best way possible. I currently live in Mesa, AZ, when I move back to Indy, it will be to that area. It is stable, non transient, affordable and clean.
DO THEY HAVE SCHOOL CHOICE IN INDAINA? LOOKING TO MOVE THERE IN NEXT MONTH AND WANT TO SEE IF THEY HAVE SCHOOL WHERE MY DAUGHTER CAN GO TO A TOP HIGH SCHOOL EVEN IF SHE DOES NOT LIVE IN THATSCHOOL DISTRICT?

I promise you will regret Indiana the weather is horrible
Actually Indiana has decent weather most of the year. A couple of months in winter can get bad at times but the rest of the year is fine.
