Plainfield is actually the largest town in population (larger than both Avon and Brownsburg by a good margin) which is projected to hit the 50k mark by the next census and is also the largest warehouse commercial district in the state with thousands of workers commuting there everyday. No secret about that especially with the housing boom around the Hobbs Station area which will eventually add thousands more people after the project is completed. Plainfield is a hot market right now.
