Love this pattern, it’s so easy to follow and I like that I don’t have to keep a count or worry about changing up the stitches and you still get a nice textured look! 😊
I used this to make a purple hat for my youngest granddaughter. She gets it next week for Christmas. It worked great. I am now making a little purse to match. I made the main part of the bag from rows of sc but the top finishing is 2 rows of this half bauble stitch, it looks cute. Now to make a strap and we are done. Thanks, I think she will love it.
I just made three of these last night. So easy yet so beautiful. This stitch looks so good. I’m going to make a matching cowl. Hope it looks as good as the hats did.
I am just getting ready to make this hat. Watched your video and have to say, "You are a wonderful teacher,. You are so clear making this not confusing at all." Thank you so much for all your beautiful work! Looking forward to starting this in a few minutes. :-)
Very nicely done, excellent and neat job. Thank you for being thorough and repetitive and in no rush throughout the teaching process. Much appreciated 👍
Thank you so much for this tutorial. It was so clear and easy to follow. I especially appreciated how you pulled this stitches apart so we could see where to insert the hook. I made a hat that I love!
I just finished with my beanie for a 5-6 year old and I love how it has turned out. I’m making the 14 great grandchildren snow cap and beanies for Christmas . This pattern so far is my favorite .. so for I’ve made 8 and this is by far my favorite for all the girls. Thank you so much for the demonstration..it made it so much easier to understand and make. Thank you.
Hi Lauren, I love this pattern! Thank you. I watched and liked the tutorial and started following awhile back. I also love the yarn you used. Do you happened to remember what they are? Thanks again, Lauren!
I'm making one of these now in olive green. I think I will add 3 rows of sc on both top and bottom and make into a Cowl too. The texture will be nice and warm.
Great tutorial!! I have a question about the hat height in the table you show. Is the brim included into that height size, or do we add the brim to that? What should the brim size be on an adult size? Should I go 3"? Thank you for your help!
Such an adorable hat and love the yarn combo, I was wondering do you think you could do this in the round starting with a regular crochet hat band and working the dead stitch pattern in the round rather than the sewing and seaming up the hat?
The Elizabeth (or mini bean) stitch is my favorite. I am a bit confused because all the patterns and tutorials do not use the chain one space for the bean stitch, just the space directly after the mini bean.
Hi ! I loved your yarn colors. I went to hobby lobby and bought the same one/color . But it doesn’t look as vibrant as yours. It looks dull . Did I get a bad batch or did the company change their dye?
Your mini bean stitch is called an Elizabeth stitch 😅 omg 😳 I thought it was the most complicated until I just finished a fingerless mitten with this stitch 😩 time I would of saved

This was an absolute joy to make!! It worked out perfect for this variegated blue yarn I had that I really didn't know what to do with ❤❤

Excellent tutorial- as a beginner, I appreciate the closeups, and verbal repetition- allows me to keep pace with you. Thank you!

I just finished a 3-6 months size and it came out so darn cute 🥰 I'm now in the beginning of making one for my grandson, he loves hats.
How many chains did you do by chance? I need a 6-12 but have nothing to use to measure😂
Nice pattern and I will definitely do few hats but I would it you to do the tutorial making a full hat and not show in a little piece. Thanks
I prefer the full tutorial
Agreed
Lovely

Cute pattern I like that stitch. How do you do the bottom stitch in your full size beanie. Is there a tutorial for that.
Il est magnifique, merci !!

I had that same thought too 😊 No answer, so I might just try it!
I made this supper cute hat. Wish I could share a photo
I will try and practiçe thank you
Just to clarify, the first sc row is in the back loop not the “braid” side and for the band we’re sc in both top loops?
Hi, I believe I made this hat last year. Did it also have a fingerless glove pattern that matched?
Hello, nice beanie pattern! I was wondering where u purchased the leather tag. Thank you!
Thank you 🙏❤️🌹

Newbie here. It looks like you turned the foundation chain over and stitched, is that correct?
Cute.

How do you add the pom pom?
CUTE
How do you sew a Pom Pom on?
what is the name of this stitch?

Why am I having such a hard time with this stitch?
you don't teach on how to measure the head for the size needed , ??
Nice looking pattern but very disappointed it didnt show how to add the pom pom.
Can’t see all your work
Mime came out too big
