The fire station at the base of mt adams (engine 6 ladder 15) had a thunderbolt up until 1995 or so. There was no siren until this 128 was put up in the last decade.
airplanedude oh so that must be the Dicks in Newport right there. I'm just finding it weird how you recorded these unexpected short alert activations, but not the regular 3 minute alert
Andy A its weird, I had very little space on my camera, and it does this thing sometimes where after the record button is pressed, it doesn't actually record and this wasn't noticed till the alert was mostly done so I decided to cut that part out
That is by far the best shot I have ever seen
0:49 The Aeron Show was testing an Aeron Show 4-3222 nearby that caused this siren to stop rotating for a second.
Man, I have a wild imagination.
No the gear probably got stuck
the t_128 is so loud when its facing us and it is my faverite tornado siren
Cool Ambiance You Can Hear Federal Signal Modulator 4016s In the Background
I am really surprised you can hear the Covington MODs.
It looks like it kind of has trouble rotating
I believe there used to be a SD-10 next to this and got removed
This indirectly replaced a Thunderbolt at the bottom of the hill that was removed in the mid-90s.
Interesting information! Congratulations on 500 subs!
Damn that tornado siren is so high😰
@National jokester damn son! You just hit the wow with it!
That helps sound get across hilly areas, but yes it’s height is a bit excessive. Usually when this high, they are on top of tall buildings.
@@kylewhetstone881 but this is on a huge hill.
It's on a hill....good lord the ignorance of the general population is astounding.
Rotator seems to get stuck...
There is modulator 2008 by one of the bridges. It might be by the purple peeble bridge
0:31 here
0:48 what... the rotator.................
R.I.P headphone users
Didn't hurt, I'm used to that
0:48 What's going on there?
Video editor glitch? Maybe?
@@SirenArchives That was definitely a rotator glitch
@@eastcoastalerting this is asc first of all
Awesome video. Keep it up !
Roses are red violets are blue, I am a tornado siren and i like to warn you
nice vid august those are loud. thumbs up
I passed by that siren when I was visiting my aunt one time
Did mt Adams have a previous siren before this
The fire station at the base of mt adams (engine 6 ladder 15) had a thunderbolt up until 1995 or so. There was no siren until this 128 was put up in the last decade.
This the one that replaced Amberley 1000T?
nope, this one is at Eden park near downtown. Replaced a thunderbolt that was removed in the 90s.
What's wrong with the rotator XDD the siren glitched out, then rotated normally XDD
Could be a pc lag maybe
Awesome
Do you live around the cvg area?
plane_spotter_cvg Yes I do
airplanedude great video btw. We need to spot at cvg together one time
plane_spotter_cvg Indeed
Maybe alarm it works well
And why alarm it goes on two times
What happened to the rotator at 0:49?
Looks like the gear got caught on something
are you on a very very super tall lader.
No he is in a hill
Is this in Green Township? And did you do any recording just before this, and delete it?
Andy A this is eden park on mount Adams. And this video was unlisted, if that's what you mean
airplanedude oh so that must be the Dicks in Newport right there. I'm just finding it weird how you recorded these unexpected short alert activations, but not the regular 3 minute alert
airplanedude oh wait, so you originally uploaded the video unlisted, and cropped out anything you recorded before this starting point?
Andy A its weird, I had very little space on my camera, and it does this thing sometimes where after the record button is pressed, it doesn't actually record and this wasn't noticed till the alert was mostly done so I decided to cut that part out
nice
R.I.P SD 10
OH OH HHHOHOH HOHOHOHOHOHOOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOOHOHOH lol
was the camera really at the level?
sean juth Yes. It was up on a hill.
It’s funny how the smaller speakers form a four leaf clover
There are *NO* speakers in this siren at all, it uses a rotor and chops up air to produce the sound.
Earrape siren
