After designing an adjustable steering column to accommodate @CleetusM in his new car Eagle we decided to make this a new product here at @CJRaceCars.
Cool idea. The major concern is, will it get certified past a certain classis certification rating? Potential moving parts besides the steering wheel in the drivers compartment would raise the safety concerns.
@@CJRaceCars2 Have you ever watched a video of Garza taking his “Taco Bell” Miata for a skid? If not you definitely need to and afterward you would know the only way Cleetus would ever let Garza near the car would be with supervision and the battery removed from Eagle 😁
Re the "Spud" it looks like it uses 4 screws to lock it on the outer column, have you looked at a quick release style at all for this spud, so the whole colomn would lift up out of the way to help with ingress into the vehicle.
This has to be my favorite product we have come out with! Helps solve a common problem with fitting multiple drivers in a race car.
Eagle brought me here But the craftsmanship got me to stay 🇺🇸💪🏼👍🇺🇸
