House and Wilson's relationship is so fucked up and twisted, yet it's quite literally the strongest relationship in the entire show. House is constantly dancing that line between being a genuine manipulative sociopath and just being a broken, jaded, secret softie who's just shelling himself up. Especially in season 8, he was much more on that fence.
This episode was terrific except... the nurturing, loving drug hatchet guy character sort of challenged belief. Yeah he kills casually but loved and nurtured his sick colleague!

Only in House can 12 mins tell an hour long story.
Literally any tv show can do that.
“Cameron get your hair in the divorce?” 😂💀
I love how House used reverse psychology to get the nurse to give Wilson a chance. That’s a seriously good wingman right there.

Anyone else waiting for house to walk in and say that was a misdiagnosis and he will be fine?
Crazy part about this show, it's 75% "We were wrong! Everything is gonna be fine" and 25% "It's terminal, GG".
Sadly, no. If you watch the show for any length of time you know that not all of his patients live.
He never makes a misdiagnosis after making the eureka face.
they may not be gay, but house was there for him at the end
if that’s not love, then what is?

"Cool!"
You ever think House finds it weird when he watches 24 and notices half the people Jack Bauer kills look like so many of his patients?
Works for Jack Bauer
"Pants that hang like a skirt...."

That's not much different than how Wikipedia defines it.
At least the accomplice got to spend his last moments with his wife.
God that ripped my heart out and stomped on it.
"Pretty sure he'll live" - well, not really

K stands for Dr kutner how dare you ❤❤
“So now he’s not just a drug dealer he’s a cocaine dealer” yes cocaines still a drug
It means he is specifically a cocaine dealer, or how house thought.
