I think the main issue is that when he x/raises flop, more oftenly it will be a polarized range so when he checks OTT he is either trapping or giving up.
when he x/calls the turn it gets weird but I think we should asume hes more often trapping (im just a low stakes player but it feels difficult to balance a line like this).
+ As you said I think this is a spot you can fold out most of your bluffcatchers OTR, youll have all the AK AQ AJ AT, A5-A2 hearts, KQ KJ hearts etc and he wont have those that often cause those 3bet almost always preflop +"herocalling" the low flushes should be enough hands like 78, 89hearts block more flushes OTR and unblock villains bluffs which will probably be some Ax or Kx with the A or K of hearts.
    Cool hand!

I think in general when ranges are so wide BU vs BB both have lots of flushes and you can easly fold on the river your straights. I think the 3 does not even matter cause he does not have that many 3xh flushes. So we block like 4 combos of value. Now I am only playing 50nl so what do I know but in my pool this spot is underbluffed and at best some have an Ahx blocker and would shove. If villain only shoves with a blocker we are protected by calling only with our flushes.

Dont think you need GTO Wizard here to tell you he is gonna be unbalanced to value here after check calling the turn OOP. I think if he bets turn and jams river after check raising the flop you are in a tough spot. Much more likely to be bluffing with that line imo. In this spot he needs to have Qx with a kicker that is a heart and decide he's gonna try to get you off of what look like a flush from his perspective rather than bluff catch. If you want to be generous you can give him Ah4 also but think that continues on turn as well. When I first moved to 500 I would also bluff catch in these spots that are obvious folds in retrospect. I would think that the regs were aggro and pushing me around when in reality they usually just have the nuts. The big difference is they don't gift stacks like at the lower stakes.
