Hi! That's a good question and I will probably make a video about that! Briefly: I'm almost 34 and I don't see myself being able to perform at a high level in 10+ years. Certanly not if we speak about grinding online Full Time. I see Poker as a decent way to make money in the Short/Mid Term, but not as a good life-long plan - so I chose to start working in that direction before it's too late.
Hello, The 20 buy-ins are meant as a bankroll. As an example if you have a 200$ budget to invest in Poker, you should not sit at Cash Game tables higher than NL10 (0.05/0.10$ blinds) with this approach.
The problem is - I used to play Nl5-10 for a long time and winrate was always about 50%: today I win 5 sessions, tomorrow I lose. And I was thinking that I’m just a bad player, but when I started to play more agressive, it turned out that people easily can go all-in with some 73o on these limits. So I decided to play on Nl100. And so far I have played sth about 10 sessions, and during all of these sessions I doubled my buy-ins twice and left. So I earned about 1000$ in a row, although I couldn’t win properly on NL5. But I can’t make a deostit with 20K$ right now. Though at the same time I understand that my winrate is much bigger on high limits. That’s my experienece. The point is that people maybe never know that they can win big amounts just because they don’t have enugh money for 20+ buy-ins for those limits.
Hello great videos! Thanks! But why dont you play poker full time anymore?
