Wtf only 385k?!?!?! I'm coming
Remember the saying "location location location." Nobody wants to live in McAllen Texas
McAllen isn't a bad place to live there's not a lot to do there just eat Mexican food 🥑🤭 it's better for people that are retired and tired of a big city
Am a local. Lots to do. Beautiful parks and cool museums. Always events, check the city calendar and there will be something for that month. Libraries are super comfy. The beach is an hour and some away so it's a great area to live in.
What is annoying is that this house is build cheap yet houses in some cities are built so expensive.
It looks like a model-home, so all the extras will bring it over 500k most likely. 385 k will be the stripped down version .
1 tornado and it’s gone….
That’s what my father always says about Texas real estate 😂
That’s not an issue as much as in other parts of Texas.
Deep South Texas is soooo different from the northern parts.
It’s like the Florida of Texas. They’ll be warm and sunny while other parts get snow.

McAllen TX….. No explanation needed
FR! Dangerous area.
voted 3rd safest city in the country for 2023?
@@VIC_YT_shorts No it is not dangerous! You’re not even from McAllen. I live in McAllen. There is border patrol and police everywhere. Also FBI, DEA. Very safe here. Very little crime.
I’ve lived there, it’s not safe.
@@freedom-of-speech-england😂😂 that’s a good one
That’s 3x bigger than the $300,000 “remodeled” houses in ga😭
Thank you so much for this beautiful videos ❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤
Complete with tunnel to and from the Mexico side so Cartels can "borrow" it to move varioys import/export products.
This is just a downright lie. We don’t have cartel issues here really, unless you go into a really really ghetto area or sumthin like that, but that goes for really any city
This house sold for $401k on July 19 2023 2124 rice Ave McAllen tx
I have a big house in south texas.. on a golf course.. bought it for 234k its worth 389k now.. I work in the oil field.. can't wait to sell it and buy something in the mountains away from people.. be self sufficient self sustainable.. people are losing it.. the country has gone mad..
Bring back $100k homes in Texas
Only 385k isn’t that how much most average homes cost
People where I live are trying to sale a double wide trailer on three acres of land for 350k💀💀💀💀
I dont believe these prices.
I live in Tx, my parents 2 bed 1 bath starter home (no garage) that was built in the 50s with very much needed repairs is now 250k....
385k for this house is literally impossible
That only gets you a 2 bed room house in the dmv 💀💀
Do you have this in full video view? To view the entire house?
This Ain't even worth a normal american home because it cost 430,000💀💀💀
This would cost $6-$8m+ in Australia. Crazy
It's the fact that my uncle's 2.3 mil flat in Cali can get him something so much better in frickin Texas 🤠
My house is the size of the small section on the right hand side of the screen (a little bigger) but costs £600,000 pounds ($776,000 US dollars) I live about 25 miles away from London UK. My back yard is 15ft wide and 60ft long. Thats the average house in the uk 800sq ft.
There is no way that is the real price
And how much are the HOA dues/fees
If the location was better this would be a nice home. The house is located in McAllen, Texas and it is a border town. It is right next to Mexico.
Are you kidding me??? I just paid $959k for 1,193 sq ft here in Florida
WTF, 385,000$ only?! I am searching for a appartment in Munich, Germany. You dont even get a tiny 1 bedroom appartment for that priece!
Yeah, while minimum wage is $10. That’s a multimillion $$ property here in Cali.
Move there now asap
@@kingfx-ru5gf there’s a reason they so cheap.
@@roaram4937 who cares let the state hoppers learn 😂
Minimum wage is actually $7.25.
Wish Laredo was still as cheap as McAllen. People here want to sell houses worth 250k in 2020 for 435k today. This would be 600k.
W 956 hopefully people don’t start coming over here
Let's pray that they don't.
Seriously in the Chicago suburbs you're lucky if 385 will get you a townhouse 😂
Try that in northern Virginia, add a 1 in front of the 3.
385k???! I’ll take 2 please!😂
It’s fake. House in McAllen are not cheap. This one is at $750k-$800k range.
@@mt00ayeah the location alone makes it that range. My home is north of it and because where it's built it's worth 250k with similar sq footage but no garage.
My small condo in Colorado has a tag on it of $260,000 now
That seems like a pretty good bargain
Better view. Here it's just like a dessert
Cost is amazing. But crime is high for a gun happy state. No gun control
Only 385K? My house costs 330K and it has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, it’s a 3 car garage and it’s smaller than this
For that price I would buy the house next door and double up.
In northern Virginia you can't get a 1 bedroom condo for that price. I live in a 4 bedroom house that's 3,500 square feet. It is 1.5 mil.
My Marine and our daughters small family deserves this I LOVE YOU PAPI❤
Here in Ireland a second hand home would cost that money and it’s not even half of the metres of that house 😅
Texas Was Always My Dad's Dream. He Bought A House for 300k Years Ago. Shit's Too Big For 4 People.
That’s not the price y’all, they put that price because that’s the starting price for the homes that specific company builds and the homes they sell for $385k look nothing like this one don’t let them fool you
This is gorgeous 😍
So you’re telling me my house is $300,000 and that house is only $85,000 more than my house and it’s like 10 times bigger
For those of you who don’t know, this home was built on an 4.25 acres of an active Red Sentient Volcano. It erupts every (roughly) 1,575 to 1,675 years. It has been 2,346 years since its last eruption….the price is high IMO
Bullcrap. And who has records from 2 thousand years ago. Ahahahah come up with a better story . 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
