- The waterhole of Okaukuejo camp (Etosha, Namibia) is one of the beste places in Africa to spot a lot of wildlife. The natural waterhole attracts herds of springbok, gnus, kudus, oryx and zebras. Giraf and jackels are also regular visitors. Large herds of elephants also frequent the waterhole.
At night rino's will come for sure, but we also saw lions and a black hyena drinking after midnight.ui
I lost my heart to this place in 2012. This video is exactly like I experienced it. Thank you so much for sharing.
One can see it is summer.
Animals far advanced in gestation. Congregating in numbers. Water level down. A beehive of activity.
What a feast for the eye.
Thank you!
Marvellous. I loved watching this.
Great video, thanks so much for sharing
An incredible video . Live watch this waterhole each day. Never been to Namibia but went to Kenya and stayed at Tsavo and Amboselli Game parks..also magnificent experience.
I agree, Okaukuejo is one of the best places to spent your holidays, it’s a magnificent waterhole.
As we couldn’t fly back to Germany in 2020 due to Covid-19, we spent several weeks at Okaukuejo camp. While watching your videos we thought it could be ours, similar scenes we experienced.
What a great place to be, but our next visit is coming soon.
Hi! Were you there during the wet season? I am planning my trip in March and I wonder if there are going to be animals
This is a great video! Excellent!
Love it..thank you...
O.O What a beautiful💕 Video ,Thank you very much. 💞💖👍👏👏
My wife and me toured across Namibia about eight years ago and stayed at Mokuti game lodge at an entrance to the Etosha and spent several days in a large safari truck touring the park and Fishers pan.Wonderful experience.
It’s so important for people that have never seen a wild animal to be able to watch these live cams , especialy young kids in city’s that maybe have only seen animals in a zoo , So if they hear that animal numbers are in danger they have these marvellous images to relate to
i was there the same day, amazing!
wow awesome
Yeah the arrival of the elephants 🐘🐘🐘
indeed an amazing spot, was there in 2018, really a lot of animals, and at one of the nights even 5 rhino's and the other night
5 lions drinking at this waterhole
You can definitely see the hierarchy among the animals. They can all drink, and frequently co-existed in the water, but only if they are respecting and higher animals' space
I love this video. But as I'm watching it, I find it a little disconcerting that the elephants (and I love elephants) bath in the drinking water. :)
All the other animals: “DO YOU HAVE TO STAND AND BATHE IN IT????” Lolololo
👍🎁 Thank you.
💓❤️❤️
Thanks for the video .. totally enjoying it … with the LIVE cam had a similar perspective .. giraffes on the back side look like mini-giraffes and the rhino triple in size as the walk around from the back to the front …. Other than the perspective .. THANKS
This reminds me of Jurassic Park
Someday I’ll go back here…
How does the water hole maintain its level with all these animals drinking?
神よ、この乾いた大地にもっと樹木をお授け下さい‼️
My God all animals are scared of the 🐘 😂😂
Ich komme am 13.10.22 nach Namibia
no lion no hyena no crocodile...it's heaven!
That you don’t see a lion doesn’t mean that they are not there. I heard several during the night….
動物天堂🐘🦬🦓🐐🦌~❤
How do they know where the watering holes are ?
Instinto!
They can smell them.
Fantastic footage really beautiful but would be even better without the hotel foyer music I’d like to hear the sound of nature
This is a great video, but in English, you don't add an apostrophe to makea plural unless it's a possessive plural. It's gnus, kudus and zebras. No apostrophe. The rules are totally different than Dutch with the 's.
Tnx for the correction.
@@josvddool I apologise for my countryman mr dool , there is nothing worse than someone who try’s to teach people correct diction , It’s a beautiful film sir ,
Thanks!!
This is wonderful, I watch these live cams every day.

Video would be much better without the stupid music playing over the sounds of the wildlife..
Agree!! Mr. Jos van den Dool, Please turn off that stupid music! Want to hear the animals sound, nothing else...
