  • Okaukuejo is the biggest and busiest camp in the Etosha National Park. It has a reel resort feel and offers various form of accommodation. It is quite a big camp with many campsites. Each campsite is equipped with electrical outlet points, a light and cement built fire place. The ablutions are equipped with flush toilets and hot water showers. The main attraction of the camp must be the water hole. It is also equipped with floodlights so you can sit into the early hours of the morning and wait for your next sighting. Furthermore you can do self drive as well as guided game drives in the park.

We were there the same day as the baby elephants! How adorable were they? Great vlog!

Awesome review guys, Just wondering how you finding the P series as a bukkie and overlander? I see you used to have a Rover?

Hi thanks for watching. Yes we had a Land Rover Discovery 4 and currently have a Land Rover Defender 110 and the P-Series bakkie. Overall we are very impressed with the bakkie. As a overlander it really does a great job. The only big upgrade we made was fitting a off-road suspention as the stock one is a bit hard if you are looking to go off road. Otherwise we are really impressed. We have taken it through thivk sand and bad roads and it performed good. Only other thing I would have liked is maybe a bit more power when you are towing. Don't get me wrong you will tow a caravan at speed limit easily but when you hit the hills you can do with a bit more power. Overall we are satisfied. Especially if you keep in mind the price differance between this and say a Hilux or Ranger with same spec. Yes there are small things they can still improve. But as a overlander and bakkie we are happy with the car.
