I don't understand how Dane won his matches. I've tried this deck like 10 times now and haven't won once. Either I die to aggro or I don't get the draws I need before I die to a combo. I am legit confused.
This looks like a very offensive deathrattle druid deck. I would expect a defensive deck to be more greedy with taunts and go into the long game with witching hour, but your offensive enough with owl and umbra that you barely reach turn 10 often.
You're misinterpreting the title - it's a defensive *druid* deck, not a defensive *deathrattle druid* deck. In comparison to other druid decks this list is really slow and defensive.
-Didn’t the warrior have lethal if he attacked into the taunt with weapon, then the rest of his minions, then olgra? The 5 minions he already had would go to 3 attack and deal 15 to face.- If the warrior swung into the taunt then Dane would be at 17 instead and this change would put him to 2
@@Anton007x2 Why play a card just to occasionally recruit one specific combo piece, when all the other cards are built around drawing and playing ALL your combo pieces at a steep discount?
There isn't any competition except disruption or pirate rogue. The format really sucks every game comes down to did i draw loatheb rat and mutanus and did i hit the proper cards lol
He has a lot of control over draw with the dredge and discover cards. Also, the deck doesn't need the owl otk to win. The last game he just built wall after wall of massive taunts.
Also Dane is typical Timmy (Timmy&Johny to be precise). He creates not the most competetive decks but ones he enjoys: that typically includes big flashy turns and alot of thinking. He would rather lose 9 games and win 1 with style rather than have high wr bcz he dont really care about that

4 mana 4/4, batllecry: Destroy all locations exists. It is incredible weak at the moment and i think It should bê changed to "and gain +1/+1 for each destroyed", but i fear It would make it too good and it would end seeing play in every deck.

Well, the hadronox effect is very strong. It's "balanced" by costing 9 mana, but druid doesn't care about this mana nonsense in 2022.
